We are very happy with our purchase. We recently moved to LA and stumbled across muuduu furniture on google. After searching and browsing the web for hours, we decided to go with muuduu because ithas the cheapest prices period for the same furniture Ashley, Jerome furniture, living spaces .. carry for 1/3 of the price. The furniture arrived on time as expected and we are super satisfied. Also, the delivery team was punctual and polite.

Received a courtesy call the day of our delivery saying the drivers were running late and would be three hours behind schedule which would place our delivery around 6:00 PM. That was fine. Finally received a call from the delivery guy to let us know they were on the way. But considering it was now 10:00 PM it sure made for a long wait. The couch was finally delivered at 11:30 PM. The young men were nice and very tired. I think Muuduufurniture needs to find a better and effective way of getting the items to their customers in a timely manner by hiring more drivers. Just saying.

It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my couch. Sometimes when I try and call people hang up, don't answer or it's an answering machine. When I have gotten ahold of someone they said it was coming last Thursday and it's Tuesday now. I feel like I should just cancel my order at this point and buy a couch somewhere else.

I haven't received my order yet and its long past due date. no one contacted me.

Furniture was great and easy to assemble. I would have gave 4 stars for the late delivery, but the movers helped me move the boxes upstairs and that made up for their tardiness. They also gave tips on the easiest way to assemble the furniture.

Good quality furniture at very affordable prices with top notch delivery services.

I can honestly say this was the worst delivery service. I was out of state on business and not due home until late today. I received a call while on the plane that I didn't get until after landing 3 hours later stating they had my furniture but were early. I called when I got message and was told that they took it upon themselves to deliver my furniture on my driveway. Who does that ? A day early ? Thank goodness it was too heavy for a random pickup by a thief.

I have two experiences with Muuduufurniture, one, a Coffee Table, was excellent with outstanding service from the customer service, dispatcher, delivery team, Internet site, instruction, packing and the product. But this is an 'unacceptable experience' for one reason. One of the two metal frames has at least a 20 degree welding error on one the two 2-3/8 inch metal connectors. I am an experience engineer and I could not assemble or fix it without breaking the metal frame or connector weld. I shall send customer service a photograph as validation. It is, in my opinion, a product quality control issue and exception to the rest of your team. They, I rate five stars.

I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN . I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER AND VERY PLEASED WITH MY PRODUCT.

We ordered two bunk beds and when they arrived we realized one was too big for the room. They agreed to take it back and is issued us a credit. We ordered our next one and I did have to follow up a few times to get it delivered but overall I was very happy. The delivery/assembly guys were great and did a wonderful job!

I love the dining room set but, I'm still waiting for:

1. $29.99 credit for installation service that was not done
2. Missing rivet on side of table.

Besides that, delivery was prompt, table is high quality....We really like it!
