We are so glad we found this company. Their prices are very fair and they have a great selection. We will buy again from them.

Pathetic service. Called 10 time to register a complain, till date I have not got an answer.I had to spend money from my own pocket to get the parts fixed as I wanted the furniture as quickly. Never will recommend not buy a product from them in future.

We ordered a triple bunk bed and the price was right. Hundreds less than others. We got a confirmation from Paypal that we ordered but the delivery timeline was unclear. after a week we emailed to see if we could get a tracing code or something. We got back a message after several days saying that we had already received a confirmation. That was not helpful. We got another email that said they ship to our area every two or three weeks and that they would call us before they delivered but it did not specify the time frame. How long would we have to wait? Then we got an email to review our experience...before we got the bed. A few weeks later we opened the front door and there it was. They had called but they called on Friday when I was out of cell phone range and they delivered on Saturday when we were unavailable. Overall it took three weeks to get the bed. I have no problem with the delivery time, it just would have been good to know a head of time.

We put the bed together the next day. There were some very minor flaws, hardly worth mentioning. The bed was well made and the instructions were easy to follow. There was a smell of furniture finish and we aired out the room while we put it together. Not sure if that is normal with new wood furniture or not. In my opinion the bed was well built and solid wood as described. We are very happy with the bed.

Bottom line we are very happy with the furniture and the price. There is something to be desired in how Muuduu Furniture manages expectations though. I think it would be easy to simply send there delivery practices when they send the confirmation. When customers know what to expect it makes a huge difference. In this case a one star difference. I would buy from Muuduu Furnature again.

I saved 40% on the same bunk beds sold by the store down the street. I had to wait 9 days to get them delivered, but it was worth it. Delivery guys showed up when they said they would. My only issue was that Muuduu never have me an estimated delivery date up front, but when I asked for one via email they responded within a day to my request. I will use them again for furniture purchased

Ordered online on Thursday but didn't hear from them until I called them on following Monday regarding my order. Once they located my order, it was a fast delivery (delivered on Tuesday) and Bobby who delivered was great. I felt bad though it was just one person handling a lot of heavy furniture and a long drive everywhere. Jenny the one I spoke to over the phone regarding the order was also great, very helpful and positive attitude. Oh, and I like the products too. Both sofas and dining table was in flawless condition, packaging was great, and I can't complain. Will definitely order from them again.

Great prices but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. You can't get a hold of anyone. No one returns calls even when you leave messages and no one answers emails. Essentially, you keep them on redial and at some point, after numerous tries, someone will answer. If they could improve their customer service, they would do a lot better in the industry.

They have good customer service, with great follow up and keep their words until you receive your items. Their assembly team was awesome ( Santiago & Bobby help me) they were fast and professional.

I furnished my hole house they have gread stuff great prices and great service.

After 10 e mails this company still has not returned my money after I cancelled the order. Constant run around with transaction numbers or order number, date paid, who was your salesman and what did you buy and when. I had to call my bank and they will give me my money back.

I will go elsewhere to buy furniture.

Shocked the seats were blue. The web looks cream. When I reached a human that person did not review.
