There is no website for them. There is but it always gives an error message so im assuming its not a legit site

Terrible customer service. Please stay away ..

I bought a set of sofa and a set of dining table” big purchase “ but they delivered short 1 sofa chair which is almost 800$, I decided to cancle the sofa to have my money back. I opened a ticket 06/18/18 and they said “ the cancellation was summit and waiting for finacial dept to process my refund” I heard nothing from muumuu so I decided to open another ticket and get the dam respond next day. Now I’m frustrated to wait for my refund ..I don’t know what to do because I can’t reach them by phone

Please contact me if you have been cheated by this online furniture retail business and would like to join me in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against MUUDUU FURNITURE. I am creating a database of fraudulent online transactions where customer's accounts have been charged and no products were ever delivered.

Fraud Company - Don't be fooled by their low prices

I placed an order for Sofa a week ago for ~$700, and after multiple follow-ups received the email below. Disputing the charge with my bank which will take ~3 months. Unnecessary hassle. I regret the moment I placed the order.

Dear Valued Customers,
This is a notification from Muuduu Furniture.
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We are currently in transition of ownership. All credit card orders will be cancelled on July 7th. Please contact your bank to dispute the charge to get your money back. As for cash or check orders, a rep will contact you shortly to get you on schedule for delivery ASAP. Again, we apologize for the trouble.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

After 6 months, I still don't have my furniture but they have 100% of my money. They won't return phone calls or emails. There's a reason the BBB has given this business an F. It's a scam.

Well Im not a happy camper my furniture was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday i recieved many text to confirmed it would be delivered. Well on that date got a sorry to inform you but the trucks to full and I wouldnt be getting my stuff tell saturday. They really played with my emotions. Spoke with this guy in warehouse that promised me that my order would be diff. Delivered on this sat. Well I just got a message saying its coming on sunday WTH. Im over this BS.. I will never ever do bussiness with this comp. And I will share my awful experience with as many.people as possible. If I could give s zero I would

Great products. Got our furniture two days before the expected date. The whole team worked very hard to accommodate our needs. This experience has been the best buying experience for years for us. Highly recommended.

Great selections with excellent prices. The showroom is not too big; however, they do have quite a bit of samples on display. Our sales rep, Steve, did a wonderful job going over the details of our bedroom set without an appointment.

Muuduu went above and beyond my expectations. They rushed my order on the same day for no extra cost because I was local. The furniture matched with the rest my collections perfectly. The package arrived flawless and it was sooo easy to assemble. I am so in love with Muuduu. I will definitely come back for more...

We love this company. They have the best price out there in the market. They are very responsive. You might have to call in a few times to get through, but when you do they are super nice and easy to work with. We do highly recommend Muuduu.

Completely unacceptable!
2 months to have one item delivered (actually it’s still not here).
I keep calling and get the same ole line!
I live in Morro Bay...I could have walked with a Dollie and walked back by now!
Way too many excuses as to why it hasn’t been delivered. There only 4-5 hrs. Away from where I live!!!!
Avoid! Way too much BS and Lies from them. But, of course they got paid immediately...what ever happened to you were charged when delivered? Buyer Beware! So glad I have my notes, calls and everything for my backup!

Fast delivery and friendly service. The product came as the same as pictures on the website. Celio and Jose were very friendly and careful with our new floor. We definitely will come back for more furniture.Thank you.

They are a fraud. Buyer be Ware. They charge your credit card right away before delivering anything. No emails to follow up with your order. Had to call three weeks later they didn’t even have me as being delivered. She said she would put me down for delivery Saturday. Not one call and no furniture delivered. Super shady. You leave emails and no reply Horriible total scam. Do not buy online from them. Listen to all the one star reviews those are accurate.

Top-notch professional! We always get our deliveries on time and their drivers are very punctual. Also, their prices are unbeatable.

Very unprofessional.
After order a bed set online, they denied our order because it wasn't available.
We chose an other bed set. After 2 weeks of not having any confirmation of delivery we called and then they assigned a day to delivery the furniture.
The night before we received a phone call letting us know that the bed we had chose was in a bad condition and they didn't have any other available. We needed to cancel the all order or choose a bed without storage, no any other options. Very frustrating! we accept the bed without storage. They applied 5% discount in the bed.
The estimate time of delivery was from 3pm to 7pm. They was going to call us 30 min before the arrival. No phone calls, just the driver ringing at my door.

We also contract a their services to remove my old bed and placed in a recycling area. The truck drivers didn't know that they needed to take care of the old furniture. They ensured us that the old furniture WASN'T going to be placed in a recycling area.
