The first time we ordered from Muuduu had been a great experience. The sofa and bed that we ordered were in excellent condition. They tried their best to meet our delivery window. Despite it being late at night and confusion with the address, the delivery people didn't complain of anything. So with that said, we ordered again another bed and mattress for our other bedroom, and I accidentally ordered the wrong size of mattress. Jennifer whose from customer service was nice enough to communicate with us and make sure if we weren't making a mistake. She was very kind in assisting us over the phone on how to go around with the adjustment of the payment and availability of the products, and to meet the delivery window that we gave. Two thumbs up Muuduu!b

After shopping around for over a month, we stumbled across Muuduu's website. Their prices are unbeatable! Some of their items are 1/3 the prices comparing to Overstock. I was a little skeptical buying from here at first so we booked an appointment with Jennifer. Upon arrival at their showroom, Jennifer patiently helped us picked out our bedroom sets, a dining set, and an outdoor sectional. However, we only bought a dining set the first visit because we weren't able to see the set in person but only samples. We just finally found the time to assemble it, and we love it. I had been searching for a sofa at well known furniture stores for quite a while but did not find what I was looking for. I decided to search the internet and came across Muuduu Furniture. They had many styles that I was interested in. I made an appointment to visit their warehouse & Daniel was happy to explain details of each sofa and show me fabric samples. I ended up ordering a sofa and it was delivered to me within a week. I love my new sofa & I am planning to buy more furniture through Muuduu.

my order was thrown away because of a mistake made by the employees , refund and 50$ more was offer to satisfy the customer (me) but only the refund was receive, i had to wait 2 months just to hear that the warehouse manager in fontana didnt feel like there was enough profit on the sale.

that's what i was told , the businesses isn't willing to take a lose for mistake the made .

Good customer service, good delivery time, good furniture quality(keep in mind i just received it a couple of days ago). Only issue I had is I did not not know there was so much assembling I had to do. Also delivery is left at the door. But I did get an awsome price. So it makes up for those 2 things. Would definitely recommend this company.

Nice furniture for great prices. Only negative is it took many weeks to deliver thus the 4 instead of 5 stars.

First of all I wasn't aware that you were supposed to make an appointment to go to the store so I just showed up on a Saturday. The process may not be what most are used to but if you can get past the very limited selection in house you will undoubtedly find what you are looking for. They have a massive amount of furniture books by different manufacturers filled with all styles of furniture from high to low end. I located what I wanted pretty quickly but instead of ordering right away I waited a few days and contacted the store to place my order which went smoothly. I was a little wary of ordering something site unseen but I am glad I took the plunge because the furniture arrived a week later, was delivered to my home and assembled by the drivers. It is everything I wanted. Great quality. I will definitely visit Muuduu in the future when looking to purchase additional pieces. The only thing I wasn't so happy about is that on Yelp the advertise a 5% off coupon but when I tried to use it I was told it can only be used if you order in house and pay by cash or check. I think this should be stated on the advertisement and it wasn't. Other than that I am a happy customer.

Muuduu gets four stars from me because it is very difficult to reach a sales rep. However, when you do get one on the phone, they seem very polite and knowledgeable. My furniture got my delivery two days after placing an order over the phone because I was local. Everything came as it shown on the website, and I am very pleased with this experience expect I had to call multiple times to get a hold of them.

Why am I being asked I ordered 2 yrs ago

MuuDuu Furniture has the cheapest price than the whole country, was able to afford the whole room set within budget. Not to mention, quality is worth more than what you pay for. Excellent customer service.!!
