This is my second time buying from muuduu again. Their prices are unbeatable and their customer service is decent. You may have to call a few times to get through but when you get a chance to speak with them they are helpful and polite.

Delivery was fast. Prices were competitive. All in all, we will buy again when we have more time shopping.

I purchased a high-end sideboard from Muuduu and had some reservations about ordering the piece online. I didn't need to worry - their customer service rep confirmed when my piece would be available for delivery from the warehouse and scheduled the delivery with no problem. The piece arrived in perfect condition and the delivery guys were professional. I would totally order through Muuduu Furniture again for any unique, high quality furniture.

Muuduu has a range of modern and artistic furniture that we like. We bought the 2nd time from Muuduu already. Their prices are reasonable and provide a very good service. Their delivery is fast (2 - 3 days). However they charged $29 for the delivery this time 😟. It used to be free before.

Their location is way out there in city of industry. It took us a good 45 minutes in traffic and another 0ne hour at the warehouse to actually speak to a sales Rep. However, it was all worth it. We just received our dining set today for around $400 cheaper than we have seen elsewhere, and it even looks better in real life than in the catalog. Keep up the good work Muuduu.

My sofa set was half the price that I saw on overstock n amazon. I got my delivery in three business days. Thanks John for the excellent service n rush delivery. I will call you soon. Take care.

1st they sent furniture without the legs and ripped.

2nd They sent me a replacement piece that was a completely different size.

3rd They were never available to handle my complaints when I called in (during business hours btw)

This was, hands down, the worst experience with customer service or purchasing I've had to deal with.

I was lied to multiple times, the people who were supposed to call me back never did.

There is a language barrier (which I wouldn't be as irritated with) and the people I spoke to were rude.

This may seem harsh but really, It's just not worth it to shop here.

You don't have to take my word for it but they aren't really good people to deal with.

(If you notice, this is my only review. I don't do these. However, I felt compelled to say something after what I went through because the "bargain" wasn't worth the headache)

Beautiful furniture. Very good quality and unbeatable prices. Highly recommend. We love our furniture and looks amazing! Will definitely purchase from muuduu again.

Recently just moved LA and ran into one of the Muuduu'ads on google. Their prices are so much cheaper than the east coast. We furnished our whole apartment for less than 3k. Love it.

We ordered in the morning and we received on the same day for no extra charge. The delivery team was polite n quick with the assembly service.Thank for the excellent service.

Heavy piece of furniture but Awesome quality!

Great product timely delivery.

I found my new dining room set for almost half the price on other sites. It arrived four days after ordering it. The table top was damaged on one of the corners. Muuduu picked up the damaged item that same day. A week later a new table top was delivered without any extra charges. Every time we called them, they either answered or returned our phone call promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

I am gratefully surprised! The triple bunks bed is even better in person. I love how easy, convenient was to buy it and to assemble it.

Ive sent several emails and messages and have not received a response.

I purchased the bed for my son which was delivered almost two weeks ago. He decided to assemble himself but discovered that he had two of the legs that didn't fit. He contacted Muuduu and was told they would delivery the right parts. He has been going back and forth with customer service and always hearing it's on the way but yet he has not received them. He said he definitely will not be ordering anymore furniture from this company!

Never again the worst experience and are very unprofessional

I just received an email to see how I liked my purchase. I never bought anything. I thought about it. I emailed company to discuss shipping, no response. I will take my business elsewhere.
