Great service for difficult to obtain item

Mybathstore were one of the only sites on the web that had the item I required in stock and dealt with the order promptly after I’d initially been given a 6 month wait on the item from Amazon. I had to enquire about the status of the order and they got back to me to reassure me that the order was in process and gave an ETA for when the order would ship (which proved to be spot on). The item shipped with tracking and whist FedEx had an issue delivering to their pickup location it eventually arrived. I would definitely order again from Mybathstore in the future.

Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Delivery times too long

We are very sorry to have let you down. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, it is understanding how frustrating it must have been to deal with limited updates and the disappointment of not receiving your item.

Unfortunately, the parcel was damaged in transit, which is never something we want our customer to face. That said, the lack of timely communication on our part only added to the inconvenience, and for that, I sincerely apologise. You shouldn’t have had to chase us for the order status update.

Although, we swiftly processed your refund once we connected, I understand that this doesn’t undo the frustration you experienced. Your feedback is important, and we’re reviewing what happened to ensure we improve both: our shipping methods and service providers and our response times.

Long wait for delivery and no…

Long wait for delivery and no communication. Out of the blue l receive a parcel from Fedex.
All good as my item was not urgent but needed.

Few items were required some Hansgrohe…

Few items were required some Hansgrohe and Geberit to fix my bathroom, could not find them anywhere as all other shops told me i need to wait few weeks. Mybathstore managed to deliver them to me within 14 days. From what i was told by helpful staff is that they cooperate with some EU warehouses that gives them the advantage of being able to deliver something that other shops require long weeks. Would like to thank Max for best customer service via telephone. BTW - sorry i kept calling so often to confirm some details. His patience is highly appreciated.

Promise delivered

I managed to get the exact basin mixer tap I was looking for at Mybathstore, which I couldn't source at other outlets. It was delivered within the planned schedule and it arrived safely packed. Fitted perfectly when installed.

Zero stars.

I had to pay £6.90 for courier delivery, being the only option for this 40 gram part.
The company behind Mybathstore, alleges to be in the UK but the 17 parts, allegedly in stock, got stuck in customs. Then they, allegedly, got stuck in transit. They never appeared and there are still 17 shown, allegedly, in stock.
I had to contact them 3 times over the 5 weeks of non-delivery. If you wish to pay up and get nothing but aggravation, then this lot are perfect for you.

We are a UK-based online retailer operating from two warehouses: one local warehouse in Sussex and our main warehouse in Europe. As we offer close to 10,000 products, not all items are held in our UK warehouse (like the item you bought). This is clearly communicated at checkout, where customers are informed if products purchased require up to 10 days for delivery.

In your case, we kept you fully updated throughout the process. When you contacted us expressing your concern about taking too long, we responded promptly and courteously to update you on the status of your order. Later, when FedEx was taking longer than expected and you reached out again, we checked this for you and explained that the parcel appeared to be delayed or potentially misplaced and that we were actively raising an inquiry with the courier on your behalf.
We explained all of this to you in detail via email and remained in regular contact to keep you informed.
While we completely understand your frustration with the outcome, we feel the review does not fully reflect the communication and support provided throughout.
We have provided all the assistance, especially considering the unfortunate circumstances, and when you requested a refund, we processed it immediately to ensure the matter was resolved as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the courier company and thank you for your understanding.

Shower Head Supply - expedited from Euro Supplier

After contacting supplier requesting they expedite the order from the 10 day lead time, My Bath Store, Klaudia in particular were extremely helpful and sorted the new shower head in half the time, at their own cost as we had no shower! would recommend this supplier and call out the great customer service provided.
