Worst experience ever trying to get deliveries to site and very unhelpful staff.

If you can purchase your products from another company please do so.

it pains me to hear we didn’t make you happy - sorry we couldn’t deliver the level of service that you expected.

Your order was dispatched in a timely manner with FedEx tracking provided. After you instructed Fedex to deliver your small parcel to a collection point, you requested we contact Fedex to collect the already delivered and bring to your address.
However unusual this request was it was passed on to Fedex who advised the collection point you selected is less than 5 mins walk from your address - the quickest and easiest resolution to your issue.

Considering the feedback you’ve provided on trustpilot to other businesses, it appears that we, along with others, have sadly fallen short of meeting your expectations.

Great customer service, genuinely cared about ensuring I was happy with my purchase. The item arrived promptly and undamaged. Very satisfied with the product and the whole experience.

Arrived swiftly and undamaged however…

Arrived swiftly and undamaged however box was sealed with just one line of tape, not stuck down, small items and screws loose in box free to fall out of openings in box. Hopefully nothing is missing when we fit it. A little extra care when packaging an item to be shipped out would go a long way to reducing returns I am sure.

Lack of responsive in after sales care service

I bought my Grohe tap towards end of April and when fitted we noticed that the tap was dripping. We contacted mybathstore who did not respond on leaving a phone message on the phone number on their website. I then sent them an email and the only response I got was to go to Grohe as it was under warranty. Under the consumer act mybathstore should have replaced the EXPENSIVE tap. Grohe whilst helpful resolved the issue although it took them nearly two weeks to do. I would never buy or recommend any of network to buy anything from mybathstore they are happy to take your money and a complete failure to after sales care. Its actions like this which makes me want to go a bath shop rather then order it on a website.

Dear Nita,
as outlined in our email sent to you back in June, once the product has been installed our involvement is limited to supplying all the necessary information so that the manufacturer - GROHE in this case - can determine the reason of the issue and assist you with any actions covered under the product warranty.

Your item was received brand new and fully working and as such it was installed by a third party - your installer. Once the product has been installed and used, only the manufacturer is qualified to investigate the issue and provide the appropriate assistance.

Totally Ignored!! Scam Company??

**** Edit Not a scam, did eventually make contact and resolved the issue but not a good experience unfortunately. ******

I ordered a Basin online on the 9th May and opted for collection from this companies premises . It is now the 4th June and I havent been able to collect the basin or make contact with the company despite two in person attempts to collect and various phone calls and emails with no access or response. I feel as though I have been scammed and would advise anyone considering buying anything from them to proceed with extreme caution. If it seems to good to be true then it probably is! I now have the rigmarole of trying to get my money back and purchase the basin elsewhere.
