Ordered a bathroom shower mixer valve…

Ordered a bathroom shower mixer valve and shower parts. Which arrived promptly however six weeks later after tiling was completed the plumber opened the parts to fit the shower a bolt was missing from a part. I rang the company and the reply was that this was not possible and he would not replace the item he shouted over me and was aggressive. Then hung up on me after saying to email him which he didn’t acknowledge
Have no confidence in this company and won’t use again.

poor service

Ordered part, arrived damage, can't supply another, email does not work. phone call, said would uplift and credit has not done so and has not responded to pay pal claim.
Reply to this review incorrect item not fit for purpose and no advise given.

A brand new completely functional item was delivered, complete and ready to install. The item appears to be in perfect condition based on the photographs supplied. The only thing I can see is that someone disassembled the entire object into individual sections, which simply need to be reassembled.
You were given a full guide on how to put things back together.

Find a reputable retailer, not this one!

My sink arrived later than originally advised. I was excited to receive my new sink, opened the box and it was broken into 3 pieces. I called the seller to advise, call was answered and man was very rude. He told me "it's bank holiday so I'm not working. Send details on website form. Why not put voicemail message advising company closed for the day? Anyway, I eventually got an email back which was very vague as to what would happen next. I called again later in the week as still no update, again a very vague answer. Long story short, I had to send a stinker of an email to get a refund on the broken sink. They never did send anyone to collect the broken one so it's going to the local tip when next open but at least I did get my money back.
These traders give small businesses a bad name as I'm sure there are loads of good ones out there but these are not it.

I apologize if the person who answered your call did not meet the level of service or professionalism you expected. It must have been a member of the cleaning service picking up the call during the bank holiday in our premises.
Regarding the damaged sink, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. In rare instances of damage by the couriers, we are unable to guarantee collection of the item.
It is common practice for businesses to ask customers to dispose of damaged goods.

As for the refund, while we process it promptly, the time it takes to appear in your account is determined by PayPal or your bank, and we have no control over their processing timelines.

Reasonable pricing and a great range. Would recommend!

I've been renovating my bathroom recently. Came across these guys as they had relatively affordable pricing for the brands they stocked and my partner had a very specific idea of the design we wanted. They shipped quickly, they were communicative and everything came as described. Don't really have much else to say, was very satisfied with the products and service. 👍

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID.
Item was brought because in writing, told me delivery would be made Friday 5th July
I chased asking for an update
K Doe responded saying would provide an update Monday
I responded if item does not arrive by Tuesday am, I am requesting refund
No response from K Doe.
I opened a case which my card issuer
K Doe only responded to a email on the 31st of July 3 weeks and 3 days later telling me I need to pay for the item no return address provided.
K Doe then followed up on 5th August supplying a return address, please tell me why it can be acceptable that you don't reply for 3 weeks and 3 days yet expect a reply from me within 3 days?
Phone call from husband who was rude, wasn't willing to listen and was indeed threatening me.
Please read your reviews on trust pilot they all state the same thing.
Horrendous company, very unprofessional, advice for people using would be to buy using credit card because your protected when they don't respond.

I recognise that your order arrived two days later than anticipated, and I’ve already apologized for this delay. However, filing a "not as described" case on PayPal to request a full refund while keeping the item feels unnecessary.
You could simply reach out to me directly via email to arrange a return if needed.

Additionally, leaving such a harsh review on Trustpilot seems unfair, especially given our efforts to resolve the matter. It’s also worth noting that you didn't respond on PayPal when asked what specifically was "not as described."

Most customers are happy with our service and unfortunately they don't leave any reviews on trustpilot.

In Wall Shower Drain

Ordered an in wall shower drain. After over a week had not been dispatched. Was told that it was lost with DHL despite me not having received a dispatch email. Then told a replacement was not available in the size I required so I agreed to accept an alternative size. Was meant to be dispatched straight away but took a number of days before I received a dispatch email. Now after a total of two weeks it still hasn't arrived and the tracking number provided is bogus.
Tried to phone a number of times but no answer. So if you read this Mr Bathstore please get in touch and let me know where my drain is.
Avoid!

My order has not been despatched

My order has not been despatched. They have not replied to 4 emails. They have 2 phone numbers seemingly unmanned! Avoid at all costs, I wish I had! The trouble is I looked here after ordered!

No idea what’s going on

Ordered the part, it got lost, having to chase every day despite being told you would ring back, which you haven’t done once. Mostly you don’t even answer. I’ve had a leak for weeks and there is no urgency whatsoever, despite the fact I have had to pay up front. Disappointed & frustrated.

Delivery problems

It took over a week for our item to get sent to DHL for delivery and then they promptly lost it because it got delivered to the wrong address. Not Mybathstores fault but maybe they should use another courier service?
