Purchased a V&B toilet seat in June…

Purchased a V&B toilet seat in June from this company as a direct replacement for one which had been in place for 5 years with no problem. It was fitted in early August and by October/Sept the seat had cracked and despite several emails, phone calls and messages I have not heard a single word back. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD GIVE O STARS IF I COULD.

VERY POOR SUPPORT

Purchased very expensive Villeroy Bosch toilet with concealed Grohe tank. A total nightmare to install because of really poor instructions. Some washers & bits & bobs missing which we had to supply ourselves, but now we find the internal flush valve is faulty so the water is pouring through the header tank straight into the loo without flushing it. We've contacted support who took a couple of days to reply to say Grohe will sort this out, but they need videos. So, we've replied with videos 4 days ago & now are awaiting for them to find a solution. So, we're having to use the only downstairs toilet we have with a bucket of water - not ideal.

Wishind we had never bought through this company to be honest. Let's see if this review spurs them into action???

Bad Experience

The item I bought from them arrived damaged. I emailed them to explain, and also sent photographs. I haven't heard back from them at all. I will not buy from them again.

Poor item description

Sadly I had scoured the internet for a chrome version of this shower head attachment. Everywhere was sold out and only had the black version. This website had an image of the chrome one with no information to suggest all they had was black. Dispatch was quite slow and when it arrived it was black! I could have got the same thing cheaper and more quickly elsewhere.

POOR SERVICE

POOR SERVICE, AVOID! I should have read the reveiws first.

Ordered a part for a loo at the start of Dec and paid extra for shipping. When the part did not show up after 3 weeks contacted the company. I was told part was ordred but Evri (the delivery company) provided a tracking number that diddn't work so they issued a refund.

This sounded odd to me so I requested the tracking number so I could follow up with Evri to see if I could find the part I had watied 3 weeks for. No reply to my email. Odd as I replied to their email within minutes. Waited a day no reply. Sent another email. Waited a few days no reply. I call the company. I speak to someone who says he'll tell them in the office to send the tracking number.

A few days later I get an email to say the person assisting me is going on holiday and someone else will send the tracking number (instead of just including the tracking number in the email). No further emails were sent, no part received. A whole lot of time was wasted.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID!
