I would give 0 stars as this company is fake and is a scam. I paid £210 for a 2 person sculpture. It’s been over a month. I’ve still not had my product delivered. They gave me a tracking number which is invalid. I wish I read reviews before ordering. This was a gift for my anniversary. My special day is destroyed because of these scammers.

Buyer beware!!!! Don’t waste your money because that’s what you will be doing if you order from them. You will not be given a final review and the finished product is a joke. I made the mistake of not checking company reviews.

The bobblehead doesn’t look anything like the picture. Head barely bobbles as well.

Very happy with final product. Artists communicate and able to make adjustments during process. Customer service responsive and helpful. Figurines all came out to be an adorable personalized gift…will definitely order again in the future!

total scam website and company. there are no ways to contact the company. you will not receive items in 14 days and if its damaged, theres no recourse. they will take your money and delete all of your info to make it difficult for you. do NOT be fooled by the posted positive reviews as ive now found out that they are also scam postings. The bobbleheads don't look anything like the pictures..

So my first shipment was bad. The bobble head was bent and there was a chip in the neck. They replaced it with no questions asked. Vita was a great help and very nice.

Horrible product for price paid. Shipment was a month late. BOBBLEHEAD looks nothing like image we uploaded and a cheap label was slapped on it.
Do not buy from this company. You will regret it.

Awful China based company that poses as American based by mimicking their web address and adding an "s" at the end of bobblehead. I have been waiting for my order for nearly a month and a half. Their customer service is not helpful at all. When you ask how long production will be they won't answer you or give you a generic 7-13 days when it's already been longer than that. They offered a 10% refund for the delay that I still haven't seen. Please spend your money elsewhere if you want to ever receive what you purchased.

The only thing that went right was it arrived quickly. What went wrong? The bobblehead looks nothing like my friend. I know it will not look 100% person like the person but this was a good 0% likeness. They even gave him a beard. He's never had one. They never send you a picture of what it will look like to confirm if you are okay with it like other sites ( which we have used before just fine). I also paid for them to do an engraving, it was just a printed sticker. Extremely disappointed and wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering. Please save your money and don't order through them unless you want a bobblehead of some random person.

I ordered custom bobble heads for our 4 grandkids and wow was I disappointed. They look like 35 year old adults and the quality is garbage. I paid over 500 dollars for this now I realize their policy only returns 40% of your money for custom orders. I expect a FULL RETURN or will be contacting the Better Business Bureau ASAP. YOU WILL GET SHUT DOWN IN AMERICA we do not accept poor quality. PERIOD. I won't rest until I get my full refund I can promise you that much. I cannot afford to waste that kind of money on this trash product.

I just wanted to leave a positive review in light of my experience. Having left things late for a Christmas present, I wasn't sure it would be arrive in time. And having subsequently read reviews here, my heart sank a little.
Anyway, the bobblehead arrives today (within the promises timeframe), and was pleasantly surprised to find a really well-made model, good likeness, and perfect details on all clothing. For the price and timeframe, I'm impressed! Someone with genuine skill has put this together.

Only here to reiterate what everyone else has written - the bobbleheads look nothing like the pictures you send and I am fairly certain I will not get my money back. It is indeed a Chinese scam and should be avoided at all costs, I regret not taking the few minutes to read the reviews before ordering.

Non of them look anything like them.
Cheap label with name on was not worth the extra charge - the stickers are peeling!

Wish I read these reviews first. Similar story here with paying all the extra to guarantee deliver. This gift will be put in the trash. My 3 year old niece is the cutest little blond haired, blue eyed child. Not a pitch black haired creepy thing with brown eyes and white eyebrows. It’s not worth a dollar and definitely not what I paid for it. Disgusting scam. They are probably not ashamed but the should be!

I ordered on the 25th of November and i paid for customised order 111£ for a birthday gift.

It arrived today 17/12/2022 and the box was a different color from what i ordered and the bobblehead looks nothing like the picture.
Such a waste of money.

A business that shouldn't be in business. They just simply SUCK. Heads don't bobble. And that's just the beginning. I saw that in several reviews. My bad for reading them after spending $107.00.
Let me put it this way. I asked to have one for my wife. She hasn't seen it yet and I doubt she will. My guess is that she'll say I'm having an affair and brought the wrong bobblehead home. Clearly it does not look at all like her. And if this was an accurate depiction of my (non-existent girlfriend) then my tastes in women is pretty sub-par.
Seriously. DO NOT waste your money on these things. This company is a rip-off. Wanted me to spend an additional $55.00 to correct their mistakes. Also asked for a restocking fee.
We're buying a unique gift that is very specific to the recipient. How do you restock it? I guess they are assuming that every person has a double and that that double will want a bobblehead too.
Even if it doesn't bobble and look like the recipient.
PUMP THE BRAKES. These things SUCK . . . really bad. The customer service is even worse.
I could build a Mr. Potato head that would be better than this. Maybe out of Legos. Maybe an Etch-A-Sketch. I've been "Chatting" with these monkeys for two full days now. I'm done. Just buy a pumpkin,
carve a face in it and mount it on a Hobby Horse. Much better finished product.
And a lot less expensive!

Disappointed ☹️.. looks nothing like the pictures I sent. I purchased 2 and one came broken and they don’t bobble like you think they would… not worth the money.
