Placed a order for our wedding. I asked to change body style right after I ordered it. They told me once payment was received that it's already in production. Then told me if I cancel to change order it's 40% restocking fee. Two days later they emailed me asking if I wanted to have them start making it. I was a little confused since I was unable to change the body type since they "already started it". They will respond to emails. But they could care less about your order. I would never order from this company again. I'm sure I'll be disappointed once it arrives as well.

ordered a custom model the 1st draft (they send a phot of there "work") looks nothing like the person its meant to.

I requested changes they said they had impanated them and sent a "new photo of the model" that was identical in every way.

After this insult (trying to pass off the same model as changed) I said I would like to cancel our order.

Despite there returns policy saying "all refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees" they want to charge 40% (£50) still no refund and they have stopped replying to emails and Facebook

Disappointed They left off the facial hair and i paid an additional $4.99 for engraving and they put on a crooked sticker. They are not willing to fix without me repaying 60% and shipping. Prior to completing product they emailed "before we proceed making the hair, ears, and the whole doll, we would like to confirm the facial expression in the head design with you first" SO i reviewed the expression and asked to change. i then confirmed expression was correct, thinking they will now add hair on head and face. Sent additional pic with hair/goatee, mentioned it in my email and they confirmed it was sent to the production team. Came without goatee....BOTH pics had one. They claim that i approved face without it....i was asked to confirm expression BEFORE hair. Not satisfied at all

We had these created from people's LinkedIn pictures as a gift at a corporate baseball game event. They were a huge hit! They looked great and MyCustomBobble heads was terrific to work with. Great communication and a great product delivered!

Horrible experience. They didn't honor their refund/exchange policy. The bobblehead didn't have the correct eye or hair color, and not even a bobble.

The bobblehead arrived perfectly on time. The support service is active, kind and professional. I choose the option to see the head before and approve it, it was perfect at first try. The artist was responsive, professional and Amazing. Amazing such as his creation 😍 recommended!!! Thank you!

Liked the last bubblehead but couldn't get a refund for the first one. Didn't look anything like my grandson #877145. I've text you many times can't get a answer. Would not recommend using them!

Dreadful company! I ordered a bobblehead and straight away they messed me around customer service is non existent !! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!
Although a UK website they are actually in China! BE WARNED!!!!
And there are better sites out there!!!!!

Absolutely appalling quality. Arrived in a damaged gift box. Looks like something a 3 year old would make.

Loved it. Ordered a figurine from another company and they completely changed the face from what we agreed upon. Came to this site and got exactly what I needed and the figurine looks exactly like the photo and in time for my event😁😁😁

Looks nothing like the pictures I sent.... i will feel embarrassed to give this as birthday gift, so I lost 130$ ... read the reviews and don't buy from this company!!!

Wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering. The sculpture I received in no way represents the direction I provided and I even contacted the company in advance to make sure they could complete my order as requested. They assured me they could and now are saying they can’t. Poor communication and customer service. Save your money and don’t waste your time with this company.

Awful experience! I purchased this as a retirement gift and paid for expedited. It took 5 weeks to arrive, long after the retirement party! I purchased the gift box and it came completely destroyed (they packed it - from overseas - in just a bag! Are they nuts?!? I cannot believe the Bobblehead even made it in one piece! Totally irresponsible..) and the Bobblehead looks NOTHING like the picture I sent! Might as well be a different person! The company used to allow you to see progress along the way and make requested changes, but not anymore! I couldn't be more dissatisfied with my whole terrible experience with the company, customer service, shipping, and final product!

The artist” provided a completely different skin tone than the picture that I provided. What’s the point of giving a picture of the artist is just going to do what they want? Your interpretation should encompass at least the correct skin tone. Features I can understand may be harder to convey in a bobblehead. Your company is absolutely horrible and I will state so in reviews every chance I get. This product was a pure rip off and for over $100 I expected much better. Shame on you. This company should not be in business.

I ordered 3 and only one looks similar to picture I sent in the other two look totally different even though you get to proof see the doll heads first to make changes the requests are ignored . Over priced for sure

I’m not sure what the purpose of sending photos was if they weren’t going to even try to get it right. Our subject was a bald 30 something man and our bobble head came painted with sparkly silver hair! Not only if the hir completely wrong but it’s unevenly painted! I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed the order. I would have gone elsewhere. Do not use this company.

Absolutely terrible. Do not use these people.
I sent them a picture of a South Asian woman and got the bobble head of Caucasian, toucan looking, elven nightmare! I’m actually racially offended by them.
Not only that it’s also falling apart after being out of the heavily padded box for 10 seconds.
They’re not UK based at all the parcels come from China so takes ages to be delivered.
I’m tempted to do a Big Bang Theory, and spends a few grand on a 3D printer and do it myself. It’ll be better quality, more accurate, and won’t haunt my dreams.
