I rate the service as excellent. The training was tailored to meet my dogs specific needs and she seems to have enjoyed the whole experience. The Kennels are first class.
Holly (the trainer) is brilliant, my dog loves her. She is very knowledgeable and capable. All her instructions are clear and easy to follow.
In summary the course offers very good quality and value. I recommend this service to everyone as I can find no faults with it. Oh! ... My dogs problems seem to be sorted too.

This is Doggie day care and boarding par excellent. 5 stars is not enough. Maria and Steve have transformed my little dogs confidence and their loving care is beyond compare. Do not hesitate to entrust your furry baby into their exceptional care. This review is based on our experiences from early 2023 to date both day care and boarding.

Absolutely amazing service from beginning to end. Holly is an absolute miracle worker ( maybe a wizard in disguise 😁) when we thought all hope was lost with our young crossbreed Dash, Holly did her magic. Holly constantly kept us up to date with Dashes progress inc videos of him training and having fun. This out our minds as ease straight away knowing our pup was being looked after. The handover at the end of Dashes stay was brilliant, really helpful and Holly was so patient explaining the continuation of Dashes training at home. We now have a dog who is extremely calm , keeps out of mischief and listens to directions inc recall. Taking him in walks is now an enjoyable experience for us all.
Thank you all team but a great big shout out to Holly, an absolute amazing dog trainer. Thank you 🙏🏼

Morgan was incredible. She looked after both of our girls with love and care.

Our puppies were so difficult to manage and walk before taking them to the kennel. We have picked them up the new dogs and they can now walk calmly. Their recall is perfect and our lives have been made a lot easier.

We are extremely impressed and grateful to Morgan for everything she has done for both of our Dogs Daisy and Molly, Daisy a very reactive dog and Molly really copying her mum and very unconfident, it’s early days but what we have experienced so far is nothing but professionalism and hard work, we are looking forward to our future with skills that Moran has given us to use, even this evening walk was very different with both dogs responding to commands and making our time with them much more enjoyable, highly recommend Morgan and everyone at my dogs trainer.

I was nervous about leaving my dog with the trainer as I wasn't sure how she'd cope but thankfully, Holly, the trainer made sure she was well looked after.

Communication was great throughout training with regular video updates and my pup has returned seemingly calmer and with better training fundamentals that will hold her in good stead for years to come. 🐕🐾

Morgan is a miracle worker. Arlo has made a true friend.
I'm now looking forward to dog walks rather than dreading them, lots of useful tips to keep Arlo focused, am truly amazed by the change in our frenchie.

I’d give 10 stars if it was an option. I was so nervous sending Wilson because I’m super attached to him but polly Anna was nothing short of amazing as were the whole team. They were all super accommodating with me being quite upset to leave Wilson, but I was sent loads of updates throughout his stay and the progress polly Anna made with Wilson is amazing, he’s been home 4 days now and the tools we’ve both been given are priceless in my opinion. I’m excited now to face the issues I was having with him and I can see the progress they’ve made for myself. I genuinely cudnt recommend MDT enough 🫶🏽

After almost 2 weeks and nearly £1,000 the training lasted 2 days at the most, completely back to square 1.. feel like I was robbed, nothing that she was apparently taught stayed with her. Never recomend..
I have been in contact with Holly on several occasions and I did try and keep up with the training plan

Our dog stayed with Polly-Anna in the Harlow branch. Our dog had some reactivity issues that were affecting his walking and time outside.

Upon arriving at the training centre we were greeted by Polly Anna. We had a consultation where we explained the issues we had. Polly-Anna asked questions about his temperament, the command words we used and different tricks that Luffy knew. Polly-Anna also reassured us when leaving Luffy that he would be fine.

While in training Polly-Anna was really consistent with updating us on his progress and wellbeing.

When we went to pick him up we had a great handover coving what to do in different situations and it was clear he had made great improvements with his reactivity. I would highly recommend p

Morgan, Jackson's trainer was amazing kept in touch with photos videos and messages about Jackson's progress. She clearly cared for Jackson and he was visibly very happy in her company. At the end she did a lovely handover going through everything she had taught him all the commands and explanations of them all
I put them all into action when we got home and oh my goodness what a well behaved pup I have now! It's only been a couple of days and he is doing everything he is told we even tried a little recall and fetch it game in the park on a long lead and he was perfect even when I accidentally dropped the lead eeek!
It is worth noting Morgan is able bodied while I am a full time wheelchair user and she put so much thought into making sure all the commands were doable from a chair and I was really touched by this
I would highly recommend sending your dog to my dog trainer 100%

Morgan our trainer was exceptional explaining everything she was doing with our little girl and putting us at ease, our dog is very young still and also very stubborn but has come on in leaps and bounds. We look forward to continuing her training within our own home and having Morgan available if we get stuck with anything. Our girl didn’t want to come home as she had built such a great bond with Morgan.

Morgan has trained our dog Brody at the Southampton branch and we saw a massive positive change in him after the first trip.
His lead walking has progressed so much, and we’ve been kept updated throughout his stays; with videos and photos.
It’s been so lovely to see him have a great time and that he’s being so well looked after!
We’ve also picked up lots of tips and advice from Morgan at our handover walk.
We highly recommend Morgan as a dog trainer!

I'm pretty sure that I've picked up a different a boy 😂. He used to be so reactive to other dogs, but we walked him on the handover and passed at least 5. Not a single woof! The facilities were really good, a very nice environment to leave your little friend. I can't thank Hol enough and Blue clearly loved her. Highly recommended, worth every penny. 🐾

I Sent Nyla away for two weeks training and boarding to help me with a few issues I was experiencing with her excessive jumping , lead pulling , and just a high drive and over excitement , Holly did a great job over the two weeks and we have addressed all the issues and this has enabled me to continue her training at home with much success , I know have a happy and relaxed dog !!

Where do I start we dropped or Rottweiler Jax off at Broadmarsh Kennels in Stourbridge on the 24/09/2023 it was his first time in kennels so obviously he and ourselves were nervous Jax was now 14 Months old and was acting like an adolescent Teenager so we knew we needed professional help with him after reading reviews on Trustpilot we went with My Dog Trainer the Midlands Branch and I am so glad we did Holly our trainer was totally Fantastic from day one we discussed what issues we were having with Jax and she worked with us in implementing a Training plan to help him feel more confident in himself and for us to have more control I can not compliment Holly enough everyday he had video updates of what she had done and could see how well he was improving after the 12 Days of Training we collected Jax and at first he was over excited to see us but after the initial excitement Holly took total control of him and showed us what training she had done which is called a hand over which took around an Hour and a half. On returning Home it was like having a new dog way more obedient and heal work was at 100% better it is a joy to see how much Jax has learnt from Hollys Training and if needed we have a free 5 day refresher course which is great but the best thing is you have a life time of Help from My Dog Trainer for the Life of your dog so any further issues they will help as best they can which is fantastic I can not recommend them enough but Holly was just perfect for Jax you could see the bond they had made at the end of Training which was truly Fantastic so many thanks Holly and My Dog Trainer

Our trainer Holly was great! She really focused on the things our dog needed help with so when we got pup back she was so calm and well behaved - and to make sure we were consistent and kept up the training we used the very comprehensive report she had written for us and the PDFs she sent. She has also been on hand to answer all our many questions via WhatsApp which we really appreciate!

Morgan is great! She did a great job training my puppy and he actually enjoyed very much. She also did a great job sending me updates every second day, lord of videos and photos of his progress. I am delighted to see how much he has changed. His walkings are beautiful now

Morgan has now spent another 5 days with my lovely puppy Jack. Jack was barking at all passing dogs and now walks calmly past them. Morgan is a committed trainer taking her role very seriously. She is bright, full of life and trustworthy. I know we will see each other again. Thank you smorgasbord

Our 7 year old nervous reactive rescue Lurcher had never been in kennels prior to her 14 night stay in Birmingham. We chose MyDogsTrainer over a regular kennels as we wanted a professional to spend quality time with her, to help us understand Olives fears and help her overcome them.

We spoke to Holly at length before Olive’s stay & her manner immediately reassured us. Holly is calm knowledgeable,professional and has a lovely way with our nervous girl. Olive’s training started the minute we arrived at Broadmarsh when we went for a walk around the paddock so Olive could meet Holly with us.

While we were away, Holly kept us updated with videos of Olive’s progress. When we collected Olive Holly taught us what we need to do to continue the training, and has kept in touch since by WhatsApp answering all our questions and pointing us in the right direction.

I highly recommend Holly - she really has changed Olive’s life, and ours. We feel confident now to walk Olive where we might meet other dogs, as Holly has taught both us & Olive how to react successfully. It’s now down to us to continue Holly’s good work.
