Brilliant advice
Brilliant advice, very thorough and everything explained, and all options explained completely.
It is a very difficult process to understand, and can be difficult.
I was contacted at every stage of the process and kept fully informed about how long the process would take. I was nervous at the beginning, but as i moved through the process it became clear that my interests were protected completely. I would highly recommend, very professional company and i can't thank them enough. Thank you Harry and Kelly for looking after me.

Helpful and professional advice
The team were all very helpful and advice given was excellent. Process seemed to take too long at nearly 7 months but this was not totally within their control. Was somewhat surprised to receive my first pension payment without any forewarning.

Pension Experts - Not!!!
As a customer of My pension Expert for some 5years I agreed to a change of funds in April 2025 and as at July 2026 no action has been taken, resulting in a significant underperformance of my account. This follows a period of 2years when no review was undertaken.
It is clear that My Pension Expert has little interest in meeting their contract obligations and just collect their fees.
