My experience from the first phone call to the last email has been for me so helpful.
Firstly we discussed my finances and best options again to suit my needs they listened then formulated a plan to suit and discussed fees.
Last conversation my plan was thoroughly explain making me aware of all situations and probabilities.
Once I agreed to accept the whole process then went like clockwork.

Company spent a month trying to access my pension with wrong company, and didn't contact me to advise, only came light when i contacted for an update. Once that was sorted everything went relatively smoothly.

Can't recommend My Pension Expert highly enough! I spoke to several colleagues over the space of a couple of weeks, and every single one was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful. Special mention to my financial advisor, Emma Unsworth, for her invaluable help and support, she's amazing!
I was transferring my pension pot, as well as withdrawing the 25% tax-free amount. The whole process only took a few weeks, and they took care of everything. Communication was impeccable. I received my money much quicker than I had thought, without really having to do anything, except talk on the phone to a really lovely bunch of advisors. The world of pensions is a difficult one to navigate, but My Pension Expert guided me through it with no stress whatsoever. If you're struggling with your pension, give these guys a call, amazing service, amazing people, thank you!

The process was quick, easy but thorough. Everything was done to make sure I had the right product for my circumstances. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional. All fees were made clear throughout and were reasonable (in fact were less than many others). Once the product had been selected everything went through quickly and I was kept well informed.
