Mijn bestelling niet ontvangen,krijg geen contact met hun.Niet via mail en WhatsApp en telefonisch

hele slechte bereikbaarheid,matig product wat niet staat tot de prijs

Eerste print was niet helemaal mooi, mailtje gestuurd en direct opgelost! Heel fijn en nu wel een mooie print.

Communicatie is slecht, prijs (te) duur voor wat je krijgt.

Het portret is heel erg mooi geworden en snel geleverd. Bedankt hiervoor!

Heel ontevreden. Ik bestelde voor de verjaardag van mijn dochter een ruime week van tevoren en betaalde extra voor snelle levering.
Dagen komt er geen reply met dan het antwoord dat de printer defect was. Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn levering. In dergelijke situatie verwacht ik een terugbetaling. Al je een snelle levering belooft, geeft dit ‘ontrecht’ extra bestellingen.

De tekening heb ik meerdere keren aan moeten laten passen omdat het huisdier andere vlekken kreeg of een gezichtsuitdrukking die niet passend is.

29 december een bestelling geplaatst, nu op 20 januari nog niets ontvangen. Kan de snelle levertijden niet waar maken.

Reactie klantenservice: klopt het dat de order van (datum) is, nul inhoudelijke reactie. Vervolgens geen reactie.

Erg teleurgesteld, het leek zo leuk.
Ik hoop dat de bestelling toch nog geleverd gaat worden. Wachten is niet zo erg als je weet waarop je wacht. Maar nu?

Ik vind het schilderij heel mooi.
Maar ik heb een zeer slechte ervaring gehad met de service door drukte en heb erg lang moeten wachten op mijn pakket. En heb geen persoonlijk antwoord gehad

Ik heb 2 portretten laten maken van me katten en wauwwww ze zijn zo mooi , de details erin zijn ook erg mooi gedaan en door de kleine details klopt alles aan het portret , het verzenden is ook netjes gedaan en de bestelling is erg makkelijk te plaatsen . Ik ga er zeker meer bestellen van me andere dieren .

Appalling company
I ordered to have my 4 dogs drawn as an Xmas present for my partner I sent the pictures through then got an email saying 3 dogs max but they could only include extra for additional £8 was quite happy with that sent the extra money I then received 2 sets of proofs I had to reject as they only had 3 dogs on each time I
Put in the comments I’m supposed to have 4 dogs in they were slow each time so
In the end they ran out of time for Xmas and I had to buy my partner something else
Never heard anything so started emailing they sent me another proof through it was awful the 4 dogs were jammed together along the bottom of the picture with loads of
Space above plus the names of
The dogs weren’t in the right order I was so sick by now I rejected the 3rd proof and decided to cancel …. I paid £90.90 I then received a partial refund with £19 taken off I mailed and asked why got a reply it’s the cancellation fee it says on our web site the only reason I was cancelling was because of how bad they treated me for gods sake this company is appalling don’t touch them if they try to take this post down I have every email and proofs I rejected plus mails and dates I received them and will just continue to post everywhere about how bad they are

Wow, wow, wow! Talk about perfect service, this was it. I ordered the 50x70cm, 3 dog portrait from My Pet Frame the week before Christmas, so I knew it was a long shot getting it on time for Christmas Day, but accepted that it might arrive late. No! From ordering this fantastic portrait to it arriving in my home, 1 week! And like I said, the week before Christmas too. I did my homework and read reviews before ordering, and I understand people are entitled to their opinions, but some of the poorly scored reviews really are way off the mark in my opinion. From the first email I sent, and there were 4 in total, I had replies to each of them within hours of sending them. The team at this place were so helpful, and changed the order of my pets names for me FREE of charge too, so no sign of anything untoward, as previous reviews stated. The portrait itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring two of our pets who are no longer with us, and our beautiful Dobermann Leo, all now together on one photo for the first time ever. The realistic drawings of each of them are 100% our dogs. I wouldn’t have accepted anything less. Also proving that this Company DO use the actual uploaded content which is sent in, and NOT ready made specific dog breed photographs, again as some review mentioned!! I feel like I am defending this Company, and I suppose I am to an extent, but I just wanted to give both my experience of using this service and put it out there for others to feel safe using them too, as clearly some incorrect information has been put onto this fantastic review site about them. The portrait was wrapped so well, the postman dropped it accidentally (I have video footage) and not a mark was on the portrait, due to it being packaged really really well. I genuinely don’t have anything negative to say about My Pet Frame whatsoever, and I would like to thank all of you working there, for creating a truly beautiful portrait for my wife and I to enjoy. Vreselijk bedrijf, kan beloftes niet waar maken. Na 5 dagen nog geen nieuw voorbeeld ontvangen, moet zelf overal achteraan en je wordt dagen lang genegeerd. Vreselijk veel geld kwijt voor een tekening en zelfs nog extra bijbetaald voor wijzigingen en heb 10 dagen later nog steeds niks.
