I found the POCDOC test very useful
I found the POCDOC test very useful and easy to complete. The instructions were clear, and the process was straightforward from start to finish. It didn’t feel complicated or stressful, and I was able to follow each step without confusion.
The results were presented in a way that was simple to understand, which made it much easier to see what the numbers meant. I appreciated how organised and accessible everything was.

Slight delay in arrival due to demand. Instructions weren’t entirely clear to open the sealed pouch to find the qr code.
After that test was simple to carry out. Hopefully it’s accurate an overall what it’s able to tell you at home is impressive.
I got it on special offer which was excellent.

So useful.
I made a mess of a test and Pocdoc very fairly sent me another. That was impressive. I have trouble using the pipette, a case of overflow(!) but it's a good accurate test. I use it in France as well when travelling. You have to remember to download the app first before leaving the UK. It's a useful tool for managing cholesterol.

Cumbersome little beast
It’s ok but would benefit from the addition of facial recognition / simple verification on log in. It’s a complete shag having to enter the NHS login every time you need to record. Also it does have a Columbo setting which is really annoying - every time you think it’s finished it pops up and goes “just one more reading “

The health heart test had full, simple instructions which I could easily follow and took less than 15 minutes from unboxing to getting a result. Can't fault.

The POCDOC test is really easy to use…
The POCDOC test is really easy to use at home to give you an idea of your heart health. It prompted me to re-look at my diet and to ask my GP for a cholesterol test when having my next blood tests. I have made some changes to my diet and managed to lower my cholesterol levels. I would recommend POCDOC to use as an indicator of your heart health which may then lead you to speak to your GP about any results that may be of concern.

Useful tool

I was wanting to lower my cholesterol as high. While making changes I wanted to know if my changes were working. Having the quick easy home test I was able to see my improvement that gave me encouragement and drive to continue m changes
