Really easy to use
Really easy to use, which is great as often I feel a bit funny seeing my own blood, so was surprised I could get on so well with it.
Very practical as you can do it in your own home and great to get those male members of the family checked out as they won't go the doctors without prompting ;-)

Unfortunately did not work for me.
Unfortunately the test was not effective. The pack was comprehensive, I followed all instructions and went through all the process, however when uploading the image at the end it constantly said to retake the image as it was blurred, even though the image was crystal clear. Tried about 10 images in different lighting etc, but to no avail. Shame.

A quick and easy way to check your health

Useful kit, great customer service
Had a couple of issues doing the cholesterol test (phone settings, user error) but pocdoc quickly provided replacement test kits which arrived promptly. Overall useful kit and excellent customer service

Poor Customer Service
I carried out a healthy heart check ( cholesterol test) a few days ago and the result is still pending. I have contacted PocDoc regarding this but have received no reply.

Inaccurate test results
The results from my test done with PocDoc were all on the high side, I had a test done at my GP and all in normal range. Seemingly very inaccurate in my case.

Dangerous!
I have a finger prick test with my health insurance, it showed my cholesterol at 8. I got one of these kits free through my online pharmacy, result was just over 5. It uploads the results to patients know best so I thought this must be more reliable. Thought wrong, just had bloods tested at doctors and I am 8! Pharmacy even sent another kit which still stated just over 5. These are playing with people’s lives. I can see some large court cases coming up!
