A great company to deal with
My test failed as I didn’t manage to get enough blood for the test, and they sent me a replacement, free. I’m delighted, what a great company.

Fantastic bit of kit this is, very easy to use with video instructions as well as written, once you’ve scanned the link code. Really great App with your results stored & brilliantly explained as well. Recommend every 6 months to complete this invaluable test if you’re worried about high cholesterol & heart health. All results coming out invalid
This is very frustrating, I've been retesting now on my 4th round, and the results are coming up invalid again. I keep receiving a free kit to be tested again, and it always comes back invalid. There's enough blood, I was literally drowning in water, so pretty much hydrated as they ask for it, and even following all the steps, still coming out invalid. What to do?

Wildly innacurate....
Both my wife and I took poc doc test.
Not the easiest to do but got there eventually.
However 2 weeks later we both had gp cholestorel test with results totally different to poc doc results.I contacted poc doc customer services to discuss and guess what...no reply!
Buyer beware, poc doc kits are expensive and wildly innacurate.So do not rely on its results infact don't waste your money in the first place...go to your GP and avoid this gimmick

Really great little test kit.
The PocDoc cholesterol test kit was really straightforward with very clear instructions. My results showed healthy on all counts so I was really pleased. I had to answer questions about height weight and lifestyle. I would recommend.

I was offered a free pack for testing…
I was offered a free pack for testing my cholesterol. It arrived very quickly and was easy to use. I was impressed by the kit and the results were almost instant. After 6 weeks I was sent another kit to retest and again everything is easy to use and the instructions are set out well.

Way to go
I really appreciate that a form of prevention is taking place through PocDoc kits and am grateful that it has pointed out important things I need to change for my better health. The test showed rather different results the second time, which left me puzzled, but I'll ask my doctor.

The test was very easy to use and very well explained. I received my cholesterol results from the doctor last week which was 8.6!!! But when I did the pocdoc for a second opinion it was 4.6. Can it actually fluctuate that much in a week?
**** So I got my bloods done again at a private clinic and they were the same level of readings as the blood test from the doctor. Do not use these they are dangerous if I'd only used this I'd have been walking around thinking my cholesterol levels were fine when they are actually very high.

The test kit was of good quality and worked well with the downloaded app to give a good result. The test kit however, was quite expensive I thought, and I was expecting a unit that could be used on a regular basis, like a blood sugar kit.
