Ordered Britax Smile III travel system, infant car seat baby safe i size 2 and flex base and some more small products. We ordered 14.10 and they all arrived safely 28 and 29 october to the middle of Finland. It all came sooner than i expected. We payed via bank transfer and got beautiful discount. Will recomend MyPram to others. All the products were packet very nicely and safely.

After reading reviews here I was almost sure I will nerver get my order. I'm very glad this was not my case - received the order in perfect condition. I know that MyPram had to order a rare type of wheels from a supplier so I had to wait three weeks which is absolutely OK.

Verkaufen beschädigte Artikel als Neuware. Geben anschließend zu, dass sie das auch wussten. Kein Preisnachlass, kein Umtausch gegen einwandfreie Ware – lediglich Retoure angeboten.

Super tolles Team und Firma. Email Kontakt sowie telefonisch gut erreichbar bzw. sehr schnelle Antwort. Die Ware war auch super.
Aufgrund Corona hatte die Ware Verspätung von 5 Wochen, wobei mypram nichts dafür konnte. Ich habe sogar eine kleine Entschädigung bekommen.

I placed an order for a baby car seat over 6 weeks ago, after the order they told me that it would arrive in 5 weeks because the factory was not producing the product due the cover situation. It seemed strange to me however I accepted to receive it after 5 week.During this period I called the customer service to check the status of the order. Also after 3 weeks I gave them the correct address to be sure that item would arrive on time.
As per email confirmation the address has been taken correctly etc etc.
Last week I received an email to confirm that item has been shipped out with DHL.
As per TN I was waiting the delivery on 11/05 but for some reason the item was not delivery for missing information. I called them the customer service and the agent was not able to speak English. I sent them and email to request information about that. I received an email from one of the representative apologise for the missing information. The address information I gave to them 3 weeks before were not taken into consideration therefore the product had been shipped without that.
The agent assure me that he spoke with DHL and the correct information were sent to them.
The day after i decided to contact personally DHL and asked them why the product was in hold, they told me that no one from the company given to them some update regarding the address information.
I gave all information they needed and they scheduled the next day delivery.
I contacted back my pram to complaint about that and one of the agent was telling me lies: i requested to speak with one of Customer service manager and no one called me back.
Also I requested to them a partial refund as per bad and unprofessional Worst shopping experience i ever had.

extrem schlechter Kundenservice finger weg !!!!!

We bought the Oyster 3 travel system for our daughter and wanted to give an honest opinion of it. The carry cot is great but the toddler part is not, you cannot lift the hood without the seat sitting in the upright position, the folding mechanism is difficult and it’s very heavy with the toddler seat attached. We also bought the parasol which is difficult to attach and comes off easily, we walked in the park yesterday and a slight wind blew it off and it smacked my 5 month old in the side of the head causing bruising.
All in all it’s heavy, you can’t lie your child down and pull the hood over without the seat sitting up, it’s difficult to fold with the seat attached and the parasol is dangerous.

Kan varmt anbefales. Vi har købt en Cybex autostol. Vi sparede 20% ift. tilbudspris hos danske webshops. Vi bestilte mandag og fik leveret via DHL/PostNord fredag. Det er ikke sidste gang vi handler hos myPram

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! We placed an order for a baby car seat 6 weeks ago on December 11th, never got it, called them 3 times and they have no clue where the order is....are they for real???
Just read other reviews and it seems like this is their method of operation...wait another week, wait another week...I had that also for 3 weeks....

Ich hatte bereits unsere Babyschale durch Zufall online bei mypram bestellt und da der Laden bei mir in der Nähe ist, bin ich zum Kauf eines Reboarders direkt hingefahren. Die Beratung war super, der Preis für den Reboarder top und der Service hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Mein Kleiner liebt seinen Sitz und ich würde immer wieder dort kaufen / bestellen. Danke!

Top Service bei Schadensabwicklung nach Beschädigung eines Kinderwagens auf einem Flug. Schnell, effizient und sehr hilfreich.

Also ich muss sagen dass ich zu mypram als zuvor bei einer anderen Firma enttäuschter Kunde gekommen bin.

Ich hatte Kontakt mit dem Hersteller und dem vorherigen Verkäufer Portal Kontakt und keiner konnte mir weiterhelfen.

Ich rufte bei mypram an und siehe da, Florian der Kundenberater wusste sofort worum es geht und was ich brauchte.. Ich bedanke mich hier nochmals Herzlichst für den Support und die schnelle Lieferung. Sowas ist heutzutage nicht mehr leicht zu finden.

Wir haben uns vorgenommen ab sofort nur noch bei mypram einzukaufen und bedanken uns nochmals Herzlichst bei dieser Firma.

Wir haben unseren Kinderwagen bei MyPram gekauft. Sie haben eine sehr gute und übersichtliche Website und bieten eine große Auswahl an Marken an und bei Bedarf gute Kombinationspakete, die preislich auch sehr vorteilhaft sind. Super schnelle Antwortzeiten bei allen möglichen Fragen, das hat uns gut gefallen. Unser Kinderwagen kam dann kurz vor der Geburt unseres Kindes an, wir waren auch super happy mit der gesamten Abwicklung. Leider hatte der Kinderwagen einen Defekt, sodass wir gleich MyPram kontaktiert haben. Sie haben sich dann für uns direkt mit dem KW-Hersteller in Verbindung gesetzt und alles geregelt. Ich bin echt begeistert vom Kundenservice. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen.
