I am really pleased with this item. It works perfectly well in my Tassimo Happy. It is saving me a great deal not having to buy the expensive pods. You just need to check the list of compatible machines. Delivery was relatively quick.

Doesn't work, don't waste your money on this. Changed the coffee grind, changed the amount of coffee used, changed the pressure when tamped. Still came out watery. Used the self adhesive lids bought off Amazon where you stick it to the existing pod case and it worked first time, every time.

Seems that I am not the only person having the same issues, but I thought I would give it a go. Big Mistake :(

Avoid this company , they have a 30 day refund policy , and after about 6 emails they 'agreed' to accept the item for a return - which cost me about £4 to return -

Then I waited for almost 4 weeks to get a refund but no refund or any further replies then came from them.
I then had no option but to lodge a PayPal case claim and I am still awaiting a refund, which I hope will arrive.

It seems like a good idea but an inferior product design lets it down , too fiddly and not for me.

Had I known that I would have all this childish nonsense to return the items by answering 6 'email interrogations' and all the extra effort to 'try' to get a refund I would not have bothered ordering.

What a waste of my time, don't let it be yours too.

I tried to contact them with feedback to let them know that,,Their reusable pods were unsuitable for my machine so that they would know not to sell their pods to customers with the same machine.My emails to both their email addresses are bounced back. The Eleanor whose praises I've seen on Facebook did not understand what I meant, obviously nobody there was involved in the pod design. Anyway good idea if it works but rubbish customer service. It's always noticeable when companies do not respond to criticism that they are either out of their depth or scammed.

I returned items to address given which was different to website. Btw the website address cant be found on google maps or what3words. Its a co working site. None of company names are recognised. My reusables, nexorium or quantum response network. They just blamed the courier. I had it confirmed that whilst they knew Eleanor, she shudnt be using their address for communications. I had to get paypal involved who have found in my favour. I am convinced they had no intention of ever receiving any returns, just blaming courier. Terrible way to do business.

I am really delighted with my reusable pod. Okay, it takes a few goes to get everything right but once you are used to it it's brilliant. Real money saver, and use whichever coffee you fancy. So it took a week to get here..............I would also add that you MUST check your machine for compatibility. When at first I used it in my Joy Tassimo it wouldn't work so back to the drawing board and I saw it was not compatible. Luckily I had just bought a Tassimo My Way and works perfectly. So just check the comprehensive list at the bottom of the page. Perhaps the company should stress this.

Ordered another 5 days into waiting and has just arrived FROM CHINA!!! (at considerably less cost)

As others have said stay away - I'll be looking into a refund now!

Where do I even start… it’s rare that I leave negative reviews. I bought the reusable capsule that is compatible with the Nespresso Vertu. Initially excited that I can have different coffee as oppose to Nespresso. It took them 2 weeks to dispatch the item. When I first tried it, it didn’t work at all. I tried loads of different things ranging from the coffee ground size, how much was in the pod, how tampered it was. I tried following their instructions and YouTube videos and NOTHING worked. At this point I contacted customer service to see if I was doing anything wrong. No reply. I then sent an email asking for a refund. No reply. The pod itself has damaged my machine somehow. I put a dispute in with my bank to try and sort it out and thankfully I got my money back yesterday!

Long story short, the product doesn’t work, customer service is shocking, you can find it on ali express so indicates it’s drop shipping which from a company that preaches sustainability and reusable items is appalling

The website states that the pods are suitable for vertuo nespresso machines. There I go and add that to my basket.

Only to find out once I have receive and used the pod and it’s broken my machine that it was not suitable for my ‘pop’ vertuo machines and I should have checked the small print in compatibility further down the page, where it said it wasn’t for ALL vertuo machines.

I reported my concerns, was told to return the item for a refund. And that I should have chosen the right pod. No acceptance of it being a problem with their very unclear website. And the need for there to be a specific drop down option for each machine!

Shocking customer service. And I am now not only unable to use a reusable pod but also not able to use my machine!

I wish I’d seen other reviews of this company sooner before I made the mistake of ordering with them.

Markets itself as a UK based, UK product, sustainable etc etc, but you get sent an Ali Express order, which you can get yourself from there for 1/10th of the price. Although refund is in process but even though mis-sold, they still insist I pay for return postage which is extremetly short-sighted. Avoid.

Originally my order was not delivered. I sent several Emails to request updates and eventually a refund but in the end these seemed to be ignored. So I gave up and left a one star review.
Following comments I left on the company's Facebook advertisements the new owner of the company explained that there was a change in ownership and my order was quickly fulfilled. The customer service from the new owner has been excellent. Product works fine so far.

Website gives the impression of a small uk company, but product came direct from Aliexpress in China - the giveaway was that the Evri tracking link said it was expecting an Aliexpress delivery. The same product is available from multiple Aliexpress sellers at a fraction of the price.
The Tassimo pod supplied works ok though.

I ordered from this lot without checking the reviews on their site were genuine. The order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, and when it did arrive it was not complete, part of the order was missing. The order was also badly damaged due to poor packaging. Have emailed them but not heard anything back. Beware this company is not UK based, when you look them up on google maps it shows a different company at that address.

Order arrived, but not complete, it's missing the metal filter/plate that sits on top of the coffee, under the silicone lid. I have contacted the company via their 'contact me' page 11 days ago and haven't even had the courtesy of a response. It's unuseable and I have had to buy another brand from elsewhere.
I also don't believe they are based in Bristol.

I have been contacted by Eleanor who has explained that she has taken over the from the previous contacts. She was very apologetic about the experience I had and the lack of support. As a good will gesture I have been given my missing order free of charge 1 stainless 200ml and a 220ml. I have used the 220ml plastic pod in my Tassimo and it's great. Perfect size coffee and well made. I had a previously bought a 180ml stainless steel pod from another supplier when my order did not arrive but was unable to get a 200 or 220 so really pleased to have the set. I have found with my earlier pod that the lid doesn't hold as well now however it stays in place whilst in use. I don't know if this is due to the stainless steel or that the lid wears eventually. These are all new, so no slipping yet. I have not put the lid in the dishwasher so could be that film is building up. I feel confident that if I needed any further products or support from my reusable I would not have the same issues.

Order not arrived after nearly a month. I placed the order 2 Feb. I received the stainless steel tamper after a week but not the rest of the order. Useless on it own. I waited a further week 10 working days then contacted them twice. On the second time of chasing (2 days ago) it was going to be referred to the management team. I have not heard back and have asked for a full refund. Which I doubt will happen. I don't think they have any and are just taking money and using up any old products. I would strongly recommend you do not buy from them.

Very painful to deal with. The pod leaks from the top when using it. After many back and forth emails with the customer service, trying to adjust the amount of coffee, positionning of the pod in the machine, we concluded that the pod was faulty. Yet the CS asked me to pay for the shipping if I wanted to return the item despite the product being faulty. I tried ask why. Then they ignored my question. I sent back 2 items and they refunded me only one. Had to chase and ask a refund of the second item. The Customer service doesn’t seem to understand english very well. On top of that, I saw they were selling the exact same pods on Aliexpress for a fraction of the price. This is not made in UK and the parcel was shipped from China taking 10 days to arrive. Painful…

I purchased this for use with my Nespresso pop machine. However now matter what brand or grind of coffee I use the machine continually shows a red light flashing. Contacted customer support and was given a number of steps which I had already tried and no acceptance that the unit is faulty.

As a further point my tracking number was updated post delivery to another tracking number which upon checking was a delivery from AliExpress. Looking on the AliExpress website these pods are significantly cheaper, so save yourself the extra cost and look on there. That way if it breaks or doesn't function you haven't wasted 3x the cost.

I ordered two items and one of the items sent was wrong, customer service were appalling ineffective. No support to return incorrect item. Items arrived with no packing note or return instructions.

Multiple attempts to resolve with customer service, I received a couple of answers weeks later and then nothing.

The products looked good (they were a gift) but customer service and now being left with the wrong items is disappointing.

Made order, wait weeks and coffee not delivered.
Customer service (Millie) says sorry and if I wait coffee will be reordered, so I said yes ((my mistake). 4 weeks later, no coffee, sent email for update, no response.
Also, pod does not work properly no matter how you "tamp" it down.
Back to buying original Nespreso I'm afraid.

This company/ website is fake
They are not based in Bristol - the address they give is a front - Dolmans chartered accountants are registered at this address.
This company obviously hold no stock and the items i ordered were shipped by CNEX carriers from China.
This company also gives fake tracking details saying it is going to be delivered by Royal Mail.
When you try and email or live chat they don't respond.
I wish i'd looked on here first rather than trust the fake reviews on their website.
Only part of my order has arrived and that's after more than 2 weeks, who knows if i will receive the coffee and where it will come from.
A frustrating experience all round
