Bought a vertuo pod, does not work, machine doesn't recognise it.

Purchased two pods in November however they did not work. I have contacted the company multiple times to get the issue resolved and have been fobbed off with their chat bots and getting emails saying they will revert back to me once they have completed their investigation...what's to investigate, their product doesn't work and they are ignoring me.
Pathetic customer service, avoid avoid avoid

1 hour after my initial order I emailed to ask to change it - no response.
I then emailed to ask to cancel my order - no response.
No response from the company at all, and now the window for return has passed. You're meant to get in touch with them to get a return but as I've mentioned - no response.
Avoid this company.

My order never arrived, they have not refunded my money and apart from one standard email have failed to communicate.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My partner ordered a reusable coffee pod together with the associated tamper as an early Christmas (2023!) present for me.
The pod arrived within a week of ordering but the tamper is still awaited as we now approach February 2024 😬!
When reported missing they said they'd send another but neither of these £10 tampers have ever arrived and myreusable doesn't reply to any communications now and has blocked my partner on Facebook 🤔.
If they get all but £10 out of all their customers for providing nothing that's an easy way to make a lot of money now isn't it?
As for the pod......well I really can't tell you as I've yet to use it because I'm still waiting (I suspect in vain) for the tamper to turn up.
In summation I'd steer well clear of this company as you're likely to find your order incomplete. Obviously this is a clear breach of contract and totally illegal.
The appropriate bodies have been informed and action will be taken.

Bought a second Tassimo pod that arrived with internal parts missing. They responded to my emails but have been totally avoiding the issue and will not suggest a resolution. I'm now at the stage where my emails are being ignored

SCAM COMPANY. I ordered an item from this company. They took my money but didn't send me anything. I emailed them to ask about it and had no response. I emailed again, no response. I'm now just out of pocket. This is a scam company, don't shop here.

Found this company via google search. Ordered two types of products for my new Nespresso Vertuo Pop that I got for Xmas. I got two reusable silicone lids and one pod with tamper. All came to £54. I’d say that’s reasonable for 4 items in total and considering how much one would spend on single use capsules. I then decided to look up feedback and had a bit of a horrifying moment — so many negative comments about the delivery and quality issues. BUT to be fair, my order arrived within the timeframe provided by seller considering I placed my order on 29th of December - just before holidays! The quality of the items is really good, solid. I only used capsule once, but it was very satisfactory. The lids are absolutely MARVELLOUS! So, I’ve been using those for the time being. Coffees have better crema than Nespresso originals! I really look forward to trying new coffee beans:) One point would be is that no manuals/use instructions were provided. When the use process was self evident with the lids, the capsule could do with a little infographic instruction. (There are two spare silicone gaskets inside for unknown use and it took me a while to work out that provided used aluminium Nespresso pods had different volume settings (the barcode on the rim)). I’d say experiences can vary and mine was really good, so reviews are not always reliable.

Absolutely dreadful company, DO NOT BUY, product does not work, customer service non existent…. STAY AWAY DO NOT PURCHASE! If only I had read the reviews first

Firstly the product costs far more than any other company, secondly the customer service is dreadful! No response from the emails sent to question delivery times and how to use the reusable pods. No instructions given at all with the pod. Do not buy from them. Spend you money with a reputable company.

Avoid, a scam company and products come from China. Says 7-10 days International Delivery. Its been 2 weeks and it still hasn't left China. I have reported them to an international retailer watchdog so hoping something comes from that.

Never sent the product. Does not respond to mails or contact forms & removed feedback on Facebook. No contact number should serve as warning. Used chargeback via Chase bank - got instant refund. Chase Bank 10/10 My Reusable 0/10. Reusable pods are a great idea but unfortunately this has enabled a disreputable company to con customers.

These work very well. I bought 2 sets and have been using them for a month or two. Highly recommended! I bought the tamper but have stopped using it as it seems to work fine without.

I’ve hummed and harred about getting one of these for a while. I finally decided I could not, in all conscience, keep using the disposable pods. I felt guilty every time I threw one in the bin (I recycle everything I can). These reusable pods are amazing. It took a couple of attempts to get it right but once I did …
I love my daily coffee, it’s not as frothy as the original disposable pods but I’ve got around that by using a cheap milk frother from Ikea.
Great buy, I’ve recommended it to all my family and friends. What I spent on this has saved me £££. I can’t recommend it enough!!!

To be fair, first order was delivered within 7 days so all good. Ordered another lid (for a bigger cup of coffee) end of July. Still hadn’t received 3 weeks later. They sent another which then took a couple of weeks to arrive but arrive it did, today, and I’ve tried it once and it’s made a perfect coffee. The product is great, customer service is good but may need some extra resource whilst becoming established but would suggest looking into better courier options if you’d like happy customers as it seems delivery times are an issue for quite a few customers. But a brilliant product and I wish you well in the future 🙏🏼

As others, I have had no response from this company after ordering (the pods arrived, but wasn't exactly what I had ordered, and I was asking for advice). I have tried all methods of contacting them to no avail. Avoid!

I’ve been trying to get to speak to someone for over a week now. Their live chat is a joke, (nothing live about it) they don’t respond to the form you submit online and they DO NOT provide a phone number on the website - that in itself is a huge red flag. My capsule actually got stuck in my machine. It didn’t release and drop to the capsule collection bin as a normal capsule does. Also the coffee was way too watery.

So I’m now going to speak to my credit card provider and seek a refund from them. These capsules are not fit for purpose and their customer service is a joke.

Tried on nespresso vertuo pop. Watery coffee, totally useless. Help@ address replied a couple of times, then when asked for refund, it all went silent. CHECK their refund policy: it states THAT UNLESS YOU HAVE EMAILED THEM AND REQUESTED A REFUND and that they have AGREED to it you cannot get a refund. Funny how they do not reply when you ask for a refund. No telephone number. Found a cheaper alternative for 1/5 of the price that actually works.

Looks good but unfortunately doesn’t work it produces watery weak coffee.
