Awful. Arrived damaged, after exchanging multiple emails they kept saying it was being reviewed after clear visible damage being shown they still haven’t done anything. Absolute shambles

Doesn't work on the top of the range Tassimo machine. Zero contact from the company despite emails.

Ordered some coffee and it didn't get delivered for two weeks. I chased it up and they blamed it on warehouse issues. The coffee eventually arrived three weeks after order.

I then order some more coffee in August this year, and I have now been waiting for six weeks and it hasn't arrived, and the company have not responded to my emails chasing up my delivery. These guys are cowboys. Buy your coffee elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would. Totally hopeless, does not work at all in a Nespresso Vertuo machine; has probably broken it. AVOID.

Extremely poor customer support. Totally ignore my emails and contacts chasing an order I placed last month. Delivery still not arrived, well over the promised 7-10 day delivery promise. No way to phone them.

Reusable pod did not work in my nespresso vertuo machine and jammed it.
Despite acknowledging my issue, advising me to return item, and me sending it back, two months later I have still not received a refund! My emails are not replied to and I am also ignored if I try the online chat. Very disappointed. I was excited to try the product, I didn't make a big fuss that it didn't work, buy I do expect the courtesy of replies to my correspondence and a refund for item signed for when sent back.

Very poor customer service and zero communication. We lost a pod lid and tried to contact reusable to get a replacement. After several weeks of trying by different methods - no response at all and of course no phone number. I am beginning to think no phone number should be a red flag for dealing with a company these days.

I returned my product which was signed for and it took about 6 or 7 email to get my refund the last email I treated to take action against the company then I finally got my refund

I purchased the My Reusable Nespresso Vertuo reusable steel pod. The pod itself is useless and the seller had to be chased to deliver the item after giving bogus tracking information.

It doesn’t matter how you pack the coffee into the pod, the result is weak and undrinkable. Save your money.

I Ordered the wrong pod in error which was not compatible with my machine, contacted them to arrange a return. Never bothered to contact me back.

I cancelled my order, contacted the costumer service and they said that ”ok no problem”. Two weeks later i haven’t recevead my money back. I contact them again and again… etc. Nothing! Until i sent them a full on karen made email. AND THAT’S WHEN they send me the confirmation of the cancelled order. WHAT DO YOU MEAN they confirmed it JUST NOW. After waiting two weeks. When they clearly already confimed it to me already? Now its been a week more and still havent gotten my money back. I would not recommend this website to anyone who wants to be able to contact customer service without any problems or get their money back even after a month of waiting.

My reusable coffee pods! Not compatible with Nespresso vertuo! I purchased nearly £50 worth and yes like others it got stuck! Had to prise out of the machine and tried 3 times! Not good at all. Customer service take their time getting back to you and eventually suggested I use the old foil with their product! Defeats the object . I had to demand a refund which I did get but took a lot of words! Not a good buy. Very saddened by this as now I don’t trust any to work ☹️

Pod is supposedly compatible with all Nespresso machines, but mine got stuck. I ended up having to get a knife to prise it out.

Tried posting two negative reviews on their site...guess what, neither one had been published. It seems that the only reviews on their website are 4 and 5 stars.

Emailed to ask why they won't publish my reviews.....yet no response.

Genuinely such an appalling experience. The product makes awful coffee and I've been trying to return my item since January! I've sent 5 emails attempting to chase up a response and only received one response apologising about their lack of communication and asked about my machine rather than addressing my request for a return. This company definitely just makes the process to return an item so exhausting that you eventually just have to give up.

Absolutely appalling delivery times!
I placed my order SIXTEEN DAYS AGO, and have still received absolutely nothing, not even an answer to my query, two full weeks after I placed and paid for my order. This company is supposedly based in Bristol, just a couple of hours up the motorway, and yet it's taken over 2 weeks for them to deliver absolutely NOTHING!
No delivery, no communication, and no respect. I am out of pocket by £63 and absolutely disgusted with the conduct of this company.

Having ordered a Nespresso Virtuo Reusable capsule pack, I found it wasn’t working…overflowing and weak coffee. On contacting customer service, it was explained I ordered the incorrect capsule for the model of machine I had, Virtuo Pop. Without hesitation, I was offered a refund on return of the capsule, but agreed I could keep tamper and was told which capsule was the correct one. I reordered the correct capsule, which came within days. It is different in the respect you have to use a used, cleaned, Virtuo capsule inside the Resuable capsule. Is it worth it? Maybe, as it is little fiddly, but the plus is the saving on cost of Nespresso brand capsules, as you can use own coffee of choice.

We have been using the Reusable Tassimo style pods for a few months now and we love them! They are easy to use and I love that we are not creating waste every time we make a coffee now. We also use the Nespresso style pods in the coffee machine at work and can't fault them at all. We're very happy with both styles of pods and would highly recommend them!

Doesn’t work. Tried with hot chocolate but not only is it far too weak (despite getting the largest size), it also ends up with water all over the inside of the machine. The refund policy is that it needs to be unused, so you’re never getting a refund !

Sold a product that absolutely does not work (MYREUSABLE™ Reusable Capsule for Nespresso Vertuo®) - have been repeatedly told that it's user error, aparently the gadget is so complex you'd need significant training to make it work. I've been refused a return/refund so far too. Rubbish company, do not use.
