I can't comment on the product because it has never arrived. For over a week the tracking page has indicated that they intend to ship my order, but it appears to not have happened yet. Multiple emails and online chats in their website have gone unanswered. I now need to try to request a refund through my bank card since this appears to be a scam site.

Reusable capsule for nespresso vertuo is utterly useless. 2 emails to customer services ignored. Avoid.

I ordered one of these and ordered the wrong one, it took them ages to answer my email so I could return it.
I then ordered the correct one and paid for next day delivery, it wasn't sent next day but via the standard delivery but I was still charged for next day delivery and it took ages to arrive.
When it did arrive it worked once and produced a watery coffee, I could not get it to work again unfortunately. I requested a refund, it took them agaes to respond to my email and process my return.
I'm summery, terrible customer service and a product that doesn't work, avoid.

My husband bought this for me as a birthday present and was really excited! However the order was put through on 29th May and we are still to receive the order (or update on the delivery) and royal mail have not received it either. We are now 23rd June! My husband has emailed customer service 3 times with no response and we are now out of pocket £28 for a product that hasn't even turned up. Stay away from this company. We just want our money back now

Used 2.5-3 scoops of a good quality Lavazza Espresso blend and tampered but the coffee came out watery with no crema. Even tried the coffee in the verto pods. Total waste of money. Stick to official Nesspresso pods

Well made and easy to clean.
It's so good to be able to use my own favourite coffee.

I ordered the reusable pod and tamper for my nespresso vertuo pop, the pod was delivered without the tamper and i couldnt get a message back from customer services, eventually did and they apologised and sent the tamper. But the pod doesnt work with this machine, have tried contacting multiple times again with no response. Cost over £40, wasted money.

I purchased 2 vertuo pods. They arrived about 10 days after the order minus the measuring spoon. The product looks great and the first couple of uses were great…….. however my machine no longer works even with Nespresso pods it won’t do anything!! The only thing different I have done is use these pods, I have contacted them a few times with no response! I would not recommend these as they have killed my machine.

Had originally written a good review but capsule only worked once. Have emailed company and left a voicemail - no email response or call back. £15 out of pocket! No way to speak to someone for a refund/exchange.

Decent product and arrived pretty quickly. Will ultimately save money, and help the environment as there is zero waste. Great idea. Tassimo machine.

Complete waste of money

I emailed the company as often the reusable capsule made the machine fail but when it did work the coffee was very weak. The company has not responded to my email

Terrible product, doesn't work, took over 4 weeks to be delivered. Seemingly no customer service after sending two emails that have been ignored

Update: the reply says that I've had an email back, unless emails have changed in the last 24hrs or you got my email wrong, I haven't received a response and I've just sent you another email

Great product - I was ready to ditch my Tassimo machine because of poor choice of coffees & problems recycling the capsules. Now I’ve got my favourite coffee in a good mug sized serving,no worries about recycling & I can keep the machine :-)

I have emailed with an issue I'm having and received no response, not happy!!

I received my capsule yesterday and works like a charm. I got the large capsule and it produced a good amount of strong coffee similar to the original vertuo ones. Great that I won’t be using the terrible aluminium single use capsules any more.

On the delivery side, it took some time for my capsule to arrive and there was no working link for shipment that I could track. My experience would have been perfect if my earlier emails were responded to. Zoe from the team was great in the follow up and making sure I got the info I needed.
