This is a scam. Like others, less than 12 hours before the early pick up the next day they called to ask for more money. They knew it would be difficult and stressful finding an alternative in that timeframe. We cancelled- very dodgy.

Customer service has been fantastic throughout! I accidentally booked for pm instead of am and the staff helped me to find another driver asap with little additional cost. Competitive price and great customer service!

They have made changes to my bookings last minute. Had to remain behind whilst my family went to Birmingham alone because of their mess. They made me pay for an extra vehicle because they had initially agreed that my luggage would fit into one vehicle and then when driver arrives he wouldn't take it all. This has happened twice within a week. That was poor service

We booked drop off and pick up from Luton airport. The service and communication was great and it was much cheaper than leaving our car in a long term car park.

This company is a nightmare. Never ever pay a deposit in advance. Your are going to lose part of your deposit, because they always increase prices afterwards.

I booked a taxi to the airport for £128 a few days ago and paid a deposit of £44.
Yesterday (the day before travel) I got a text saying this:
""We apologize for the inconvenience. You were originally quoted £128 for your booking. However, due to the 83-mile distance and the early morning timing, our drivers are only available at a rate of £150.00.Since you have already paid a £44 deposit, the remaining balance of £106.00 can be paid directly to the driver.Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to confirm this booking. Once confirmed, we will send over your driver's details."
The price was agreed, and I chose them because it was competitive, and then after booking they changed it just before travel when I didn't have time to look for alternatives or try to get my deposit back. Really poor behaviour and I won't use them again.

This company is a scam. They try to charge extra on an already agreed contract and payment. They want you to pay extra to the driver. Do not use

The driver was courteous and pleasant. Nice car and an easy drive. We arrived well ahead of schedule.

Scam company, quoted me £63 then failed to answer my emails to confirm, finally got hold of them by whatsapp and they raised it to £108, from £63!

Booked a taxi and they took payment. Realised I had missed the number of passengers box and it had defaulted to 1 when there were 2 of us travelling. Unable to amend this online so called them and they then wanted to increase the price by £40. Unacceptable business model. Avoid at all costs

On a recent visit to the UK l used Mytax three times. The communication with the office was great, they kept in touch all the time. The drivers were very helpful, polite and on time. I would have no hesitation in using their service again.

Driver on return home journey could barely keep awake. He swerved across motorway lanes, he would’ve missed a turning off the m25 if we hadn’t prompted him. We expressed our concern to him several times with no change. He was drinking monster energy drink and opening his window up and down to help him stay awake. It was extremely dangerous frightening and completely unprofessional. I would never use this firm again.

The driver was perfect. But at the destination he told me a higher rate than was stated in my e-mail message. He called with the agency. The person at the agency told me that I had to pay the GBP10 extra and he would refund GBP10 to my account. Because I had to catch a plane I did what he asked. I already expressed my fear of him not refunding. Untill now there still is not a refund. I send 2 e-mails about this subject but no reply has come. And also, the amount mentioned in the email message that I got told that a lower amound was taken from my account than actually was. I noticed that later and also mentioned this in mij complaint mail.

I had to wait for him at the airport 29 mins. Car was old with a bashed up door. He wanted to be paid in cash to avoid a 3% charge when I was told all inclusive. He talked to his friends the entire journey. I asked to stop for coffee, got him FOOD didn’t even get a thank you!!!! Shoddy

The taxi service was great but booking was messy and time consuming. The site is not user friendly. Several phone calls eventually seemed to work, but in the meantime my credit card was blocked, due ‘to suspicious activity’. When I returned to Australia I sorted it out and discovered that the cause was multiple attempts to pay Mytaxe. I repeat, the actual taxi service was on time and very good.

A bit too much email text communication for the service but very reliable

Quoted different quote online to over the phone. The price was substantially higher. I would not recommend using this taxi service.
