The journey went really well because…
The journey went really well because the driver was professional and kind.
The customer service on the other hand although very responsive tried to add extra last minute charges to our previously decided fare. This issue has been mentioned by many other customers in their reviews.

Regarding the pricing concern, we would like to clarify that the original booking was made for a saloon vehicle. However, due to the amount of luggage, it was not suitable for that vehicle type. To ensure a comfortable and safe journey, we arranged a larger MPV6 vehicle, which carries a different fare.
We always aim to be transparent and provide the most suitable option for our customers, and we apologise if this was not communicated as clearly as it should have been.

My driver Adnan Mahmoud, arrived in good time and was extremely pleasant for the whole journey. He managed to factor in toilet breaks and despite major road works between London and Heathrow delivered me to the airport in plenty of time for me to check in and relax before my flight.

Highly recommend we was stranded at Heathrow airport and every taxi was asking for an extortionate amount of money to get home spoke to this taxi service over WhatsApp and within the hour someone collected us from the airport for a reasonable affordable amount. Taxi was comfy and driver was really nice. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I accidentally booked the wrong date for my reservation (entered the 26th instead of the 16th on my phone), and only realized it about 4 hours before the scheduled time. I reached out to them right away, and they were incredibly helpful and quick to fix the issue. Really appreciated how smoothly they handled my mistake—great customer service!

We've used Mytaxe several times on our trips to the UK. As soon as we make a reservation, the communication is timely and clear. The drivers are always prompt and courteous, reaching out with texts and calls in advance of their arrival. Their vehicles are clean and well cared for. And we love that they drop us off right at the door of our destination, whether that's our kids' home or a hotel. The service isn't cheap but it's well worth it for making our arrivals and departures more pleasant.

Great service throughout
Great service throughout. Was kept fully informed at each stage of the journey. ie. Initial booking, provided details of pick up, on the day provided name of driver. Driver contacted when flight landed and confirmed pick up. Car was immaculate and driver professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them in the future.

A wonderful caring company.
I booked this company to take me on a long journey to Formby, Merseyside from Teesdale, Co Durham. My driver, Kalid, was extremely kind and caring. He arrived on time and helped me with my luggage, as I have to use a walking stick.
I was impressed with how the company kept me informed the day before about my driver. I will certainly be using them again if I need to make a long journey. A bonus was the offer of a complimentary bottle of water.
I would definitely recommend this company.
