If I could give zero stars, I would.

This is an absolutely unreliable product that failed 99% of the time. I tested it across two different devices and three separate outings—with the exact same results each time: unable to connect, wildly inaccurate temperatures (off by 20 degrees), and frequent failure to even locate my device. That’s unacceptable, especially when the product is meant to help ensure the safety of my animal.

To make matters worse, customer support is rigid and unhelpful. If you're outside the 7-day refund window—even if the product is defective—don’t expect any kind of resolution or refund.

Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. This product is not ready for real-world use and should not be marketed as such.

The waggle monitor is a great device. I travel the hole country and have never been anywhere where there is no service. I have had three different monitors over the 8 years I have been with them, but my last monitor quit reporting last month and when I call customer service they said they sent a back door update and it should start working within a few hours. I let it sit overnight and it still did not work so I call back and they said my monitor was the old model and was not execpting the update (that they forced onto the device with out letting me know) and I would have to buy a new monitor at $300. After a week of me telling them that it was there update that I did not need that made it stop working they gave me $180 off a new monitor.

I would give zero, if the option was available. I had to purchase a replacement monitor as the original was almost "2 years old and no longer serviceable" as I was told. I ordered a 1st replacement that still would not connect. I often had to wait 2 days between troubleshooting calls with no success. I received the 2nd replacement and still am not able to connect the monitor. I am currently waiting contact from Waggle.

Customer Service was very helpful and polite.

Would give 0 simply for the fact of unreliable technology and software. I was gifted a camera for Christmas 2024… February 2025, a second camera later, a few tech calls, and SEVERAL emails later camera has never worked. Their techs take days to touch base. Unreliable, to the point my husband and I thought we were using a camera to check in our extremely anxious baby to find the hardware and software don’t work. May I add that my husband was never able to download the app on his android phone… if I can save anyone their money, stress, and fur baby is my reason of actually leaving a review. I have asked them to return the camera and get a refund and they keep giving me options for their crap product…. I truly thought I wouldn’t be that person who ran into these issues and I am having a migraine with these people. We live in a studio with high end WiFi… imagine if we were traveling…. No thanks!

We have been using Waggle for a few years and are very happy with the product and service. We could not leave our dogs in our RV without our Waggle. We recently upgraded and love the new monitor. Customer service is also great. We would highly recommend the monitor for anyone with pets.

I’ve had waggle since 2021 and it’s worked great. Our original unit failed after three years and we had to order a new one. We got it and it was working great. While on our trip the pet monitor stopped working. Waggles customer service was great trouble shooting and trying to fix it. They needed to replace the unit, unfortunately while we were traveling. They emailed the return label and as soon as i showed them the receipt that the bad one was returned they shipped the replacement to our next location. When we got there our new one was waiting for us. There were many phone calls throughout this time but we got it. Thanks Waggle. We feel comfortable leaving the dog while we’re out.

We had lots of trouble connecting to WiFi, but when made aware of it, customer service did a great job walking us through it.

The company does a lot of bait and switch. I enjoyed it the first 3 years that I used it. The next renewal the price stayed the same, but the term was shorter. When I decided I needed another device is when things changed. The new subscription came with the capability to handle two devices which was what I thought I had from my second subscription. I did not the company canceled my subscription (it did not expire until 10/2025) and put me on a monthly subscription for $40 a month. During this time I could never get the second device to work. A replacement was sent after a week of trying. Mind you there was zero protection for my pet’s temperature wise during this time. My part of the USA was in a winter snow storm. Got the second device once plugged in it takes 24-48 hours for the cellular part to synchronize and an additional 24-48 to start reporting the temperature. So yes that is another week without protection. Once things finally started to work I asked about my plan which was when I was informed that I was on the monthly. I asked what was the difference of the credit that I had from my unused subscription and the new plan. I was informed that I would have to pay $400 for each of my devices PER YEAR! Which is nothing like what the advertised plan was. I canceled my plan and returned my device. I am still waiting on my refund. I did however find a different company that offered me 2 devices with two years of service for less than one year with waggle. Same features and all. I do not recommend them(waggle) if you want immediate customer service, (you have to leave a message and wait for the return call 24-48 hours later) immediately being able to monitor temperature from plug in, are a breeder and need to track temperatures in several locations or if you have multiple vehicles to monitor.
No I won’t be recommending Waggle.

No one likes getting a brand new defective waggle. But when I did, they took care of it ASAP. Thank you.

We just purchased an upgraded Waggle and it was a seamless experience from old to new. The product arrived quickly and the instructions for new installation were easy to follow.

There was an issue with my device,However, customer service responded promptly and that experience was great. This product is going to make things so much easier for me and my pet in the future :)

I’ve been using my waggle pet monitor for several years now And honestly can’t say enough good things about it. I check it constantly throughout the day and I love that it doesn’t have limits like some of the other companies that I’ve looked into. I bring it with me to different locations all the time and keep it in my car if I need to run into the grocery or stop for errands while I have my dog. It gives me peace of mind that my dog is safe and even when I have my dog with me I keep it in my camper and can keep an eye on the temperature there. That came in handy on more than one occasion when I was having issues with my furnace which would’ve caused my water to freeze and cause damage to my camper. The app is great and very easy to use and I like that it also monitors humidity as well. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in keeping track of their pets environment or their camper in general. I had a lapse in my subscription on my end and I hated not having it for a short time. I will always come back to waggle and continue using their services and would highly recommend them to anyone as well. The customer service has also been very helpful for me, They are very considerate and quickly solve any issues or concerns I may have had. Definitely go for it if you’re on the fence. Amazing product and great company!

We have been looking for a pet camera for our RV that did not require yet another monthly subscription. We have the Basic Plan, which is free of charge. It also works on our wi-fi. We love checking in on them and having peace of mind when we see they are fine. Thank you. Great product.

The new one I bought to replace my old one isn't working. They said they were shipping me another one an it hasn't arrived. Now they want me to send the broken one back before they send me the replacement. They had no problem charging my credit card for my subscription without notifying me. They have my card on file so they can charge me if I don't send broken one back. The product is great if I could get another one that works like the one I have had for years.

The RV Camera is useless if it cannot connect to a Cell Phone hot spot. I wasted my $ buying this unit because there was not honest full disclosure about access to WiFi.

I'm still learning and learning how to be comfortable with the monitor and camera. Gives me peace of mind that I can monitor my big girl Austin when she is left in my Sprinter Van.....I like knowing Austin is safe and comfortable.
