Friendly and Fast Replacement
I had a booking for replacement wind screen and it went so well. It was a plesant experience from start to finsh and the guys took their time to advise on how long it would take and the dos and don't after windscreen replacement.

Great service from booking to completion – highly recommend the Dartford branch
I recently had to replace my windscreen and used the Dartford branch.
The whole process, from booking through to having the work carried out, was smooth and straightforward.
I had to wait a little longer for the replacement windscreen because the car was only a month old and I requested a genuine manufacturer windscreen. It cost a bit extra, but it was definitely worth it.
The installation itself took a couple of hours. You can either wait in the reception area, which has Wi-Fi, or visit the nice coffee shop just around the corner.
They weren’t able to calibrate the ADAS because their software didn’t yet support my car. However, as they fitted the genuine part, it didn’t affect any of the systems and everything continues to work as expected.
The staff were friendly, professional, and did a great job. Highly recommended!

No hassle booking process and friendly staff
The booking process was efficient and the page easy to navigate. I was told that the work could take up to 3 hours so I was prepared for a bit of a wait. The work process was explained upon arrival and the expected time to complete the work was expected to be between 1 hour and 1 hour 20. As there was going to be time to kill the fitter kindly directed me to their local café which was only a short walk away. When the car was ready they sent me a text message and I returned to collect it. Everything was done to my satisfaction and the on board tech was calibrated for the windscreen. All in all it was a good experience and the staff were friendly and helpful.
