Poor communication methods
Poor communication methods. I had to rebook my appointment twice. In fact, during the second appointment I had driven for almost an hour to find out that the widescreen was not correct, so had to book a third appointment.

Took 2 weeks to get car booked in and…
Took 2 weeks to get car booked in and they changed the appointment time the day before !! it was 14:30 on a day before a bank holiday ……….. dropped the car off at 14:10 , received a call at 15:00 to say they were unable to change windscreen because of faults showing on their testing device !! these faults are and were just standard error codes that needed resetting ,which is standard practice , but not for that technician !! I had to take car away and get them reset myself ( there were no faults on dash !! ) took another 2 weeks to re-book slot !!

Pleasant and professional
Although I had to wait just over a week to have the windscreen replaced, an appointment was made for a technician to carry out the work. He (Louis/Lewis) phoned me on the day to inform me that he would be with me in around forty minutes. He arrived promptly, carried out the windscreen replacement in about one hour without any problems or dramas, and left the car clean and tidy.

Wrong Windscreen fitted
The service was good but I did not get the Mercedes windscreen I requested and was told would be fitted.
Very disappointed indeed.
