Avoid unless you want your car to be unsafe when returned.
I took my car to the Hastings branch for a new windscreen to be fitted. It was released back to me completely unsealed around the entire bottom edge of the windscreen with visible gaps in both corners which I didn’t realise until I drove it a few days later and could hear the wind coming through! They NEVER answer their phone, probably because they know every incoming call will be a complaint. And when I did eventually get a call back from them days later they couldn’t tell me about their quality control process (they clearly don’t have one) and said they’d never release my car back to me in that state. I guess that’s why it needs to be corrected by another branch then?! The branch ‘manager’ sounded like he couldn’t give a s***. That’s clear from the quality of work anyway. Do not use them unless you want your car to be unsafe when you get it back.

We are concerned about the quality of the work and the lack of a proper quality control process. We are investigating this matter to ensure such incidents are not repeated.
Very happy
Very happy. Originally booked in Maidstone but I changed it to Hastings as more convenient. A bit of a wait but the damage was not central screen.
Slightly tricky to find the workshop. A sign or two might help.
Very helpful friendly staff who offered me a cup of tea whilst I waited.
All done more quickly than I anticipated.
