I’ve had a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Communication throughout the process was poor. We provided our logo, explained our brand colours clearly, and even sent a previous polo shirt as an example. Despite this, our order was completed using turquoise instead of our brand’s blue.

To their credit, they offered to redo the order free of charge. Unfortunately, the replacement was still incorrect. While the logo was changed to the correct blue, the writing was once again done in turquoise. We were then told that turquoise was used because they thought it “looked better,” despite us being very clear about our branding requirements. That’s simply not their decision to make.

After two incorrect orders, we politely requested a refund as we had completely lost confidence in them producing our business clothing correctly. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the response became defensive and rude. Instead of resolving the issue, posts were made on their Facebook page seeking sympathy and public opinion regarding our refund request, which was incredibly unprofessional.

If your order isn’t completed as requested, don’t expect much accountability or a straightforward resolution. Based on my experience, customer service was poor, concerns were dismissed, and a reasonable refund request after two failed attempts was refused.

I also noticed that reviews on their Facebook page have been turned off, which doesn’t inspire confidence or transparency.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business.

Very pleased with some workwear we just received : Polo shirts, T Shirts and Zipped hoodies. They are all excellent quality, from the material, the buttons & zips down to the stitching. It took a week or so longer than I expected but to be fair I did make a change with the colour being used. This had to be signed off and re confirmed, so they were within their initial estimated delivery time. Will definitely be using them again! THANK YOU!! 👌🏼🤩 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Ordered branded t-shirts and zipped hoodies for our youth workers. The team loved them and they look great! Arrived quickly and really easy to order online.

The quality of the product was great but it took me a few weeks to get a reply with an update when I had mailed 3 times. So product was great but admin not so much
