Really pleased with my safety boots great value and fast delivery.

Ordered various items for my business, the person I spoke was helpful making sure i got the right spec products etc.

I then noticed the reviews on here and was a little concerned about my order, I called back to check and was told there had been various issues in the last couple of months etc, but everything was back on track now… I waited cautiously.

However, after a few days my order arrived today! no problems at all, and the quality of the gloves were much better than expected, so I have to say I am very pleased with my purchase.

Worse company of any description I have had the displeasure of dealing with . Lies upon lies waited months and months with numerous promises of 'sorting it out this week' but nothing . Only got a refund by threatending trading standards . No customer service at all and unbelievably dishonest .
Stay away !

I order my iteam in August 2017 and now we are in January 2018 i still didn't received ordered iteam.
Such a poor customer service and dispatch system.

DO NOT BUY. Worst e-shop I have ever used. £100 of miscellaneous items ordered 16-09-2017.
Today 21/12/17 several emails numerous phone calls (always along the lines of “oh sorry I will go down and get this order expedited myself it will be with you tomorrow”). Bunch of liars.

Ordered gloves in October....Still chasing them in early December. Stay away!

Horrendous experience. Wish I read previous reviews as I wouldn't ever chose to order from them. Order hasn't arrived, so after weeks of chasing them, I've finally got the boots I ordered. Within a month of wearing them (only use them part time), hole appeared where sole meets upper shoe, then soon stitching started come apart, making the waterproof shoe, well not waterproof at all. Quality of shoe as a whole is poor. When emailed customer services they asked for photo evidence of damaged shoe, which I sent back straight away. A week later I'm still waiting for a reply. Seeing other reviews, I suppose I should be happy to receive my goods at all. AVOID this company by all means.

I ordered some gloves in September,, and they have still not arrived, despite several reminders.

My advice is to stay well away from this company.
I ordered some trousers 3 weeks ago.
After several emails asking where my order is I've still not received item.

Goods ordered over a month ago. After several emails and telephone conversations it is obvious they are not going to send the goods or give a refund. They keep saying the courier is at fault and they will dispatch another consignment. When I finally said enough is enough and asked for a refund I was told they would do this immediately. 3 days later still waiting....

My god,
never have come across a company so bad, 3 emails 5 phone calls
with promises of delivery still no joy . I am now going to withdraw my order
and request my money be repaid, going by previous dealings don't expect that to be easy so will charge them a £1 per day interest.
Not a happy chap.

Horrendous service. They keep emailing saying the boots I ordered will be here in 2 days. Nearly a month now

Terrible customer service, order still not arrived.
I made an order and paid for it on 5th September and have still not received my shipment almost 2 months later.
I've contacted them by phone and email on numerous occasions, and despite promises to trace my order and get back to me, this never happens.
I would not recommend this company on orders large or small.

Bad Service, I believe they take orders and money knowing they don't have stock. They then fob you off on the phone saying goods have been dispatched when they haven't. never call back or email when they say they are going to. Avoid using unless you are happy to part with money with no goods in exchange.

Bad services.
Ordered some abrasive pads in august.
Now I don't any pads and no refund.
They say system fail bla bla...
