Absolutely terrible company. NO telephone number. You place an order they don't deliver goods and don't refund!!!!!

Don't even bother.
Happy to take your money quick enough, but do not deliver goods.
Also no communication. Don't reply to emails either through the website or sent directly.
Currently down £70 and nothing to show for it.

I've made 2 orders with this company both problematic.
First order took 6 weeks to arrive and very poor customer experience from communications not responded to.
Second order I neede the bank to chase them for a refund after no delivery. Lost my order.
Note they have NO UK contact phone number. On the rare occasion they do respond to their contact form the grammar mistakes STRONGLY suggest this is NOT a UK company.....hence the 2 to 3 months delivery time.

I have ordered from this company on a number of occasions and never had this problem.

But this time round.. I have not received my order , no body is replying to my emails and a telephone number I do have for them no one is answering!

They have taken my money
This is appalling behaviour.

Does anyone know the channels to go down to take legal action?

Work it out! Take your money then hold on to it for as long as possible!
Interest they get! Free money.....
Read the (real?) reviews on there website! Work it out for yourself!
I now know from experience WATCH DOG don't report to people what legal requirements people need from company's and don't tell you what you should get! Don't waste your time with WATCH DOG!
You will not get a response unless it's easy news.
Point of fact:
Waste carriers need to provide more than a waste carriers licence to remove waste BY LAW! They say the licence is enough as broadcast! What a load of crap! Anyway forget WATCH DOG unless it's supply or appliance.

I had the same experience as many on this site. I paid Nationwide Workwear's related company, Home&Country.com £360 for a mower that never came. Lots of excuses, promises of refund, etc, etc. Having paid by Debit Card, I took the matter up with the card issuer under the CHARGEBACK SCHEME. I now have had the transaction reversed and my money refunded. I had thought that this only applied to Credit Card transactions, but not so. Check it out, and good luck. These people don't deserve to prosper at your expense!

Really bad. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Been waiting on goods for over 10 weeks. no reply on e-mails and messages. Money already taken out of my account. No refund given and can't get hold of anyone. I really don't know what to do now.

I ordered work boots on 19th Aug 2018, money taken from my accout immediately. Almost 7 weeks later despite emailed requests for a refund, NO reply, NO refund and NO boots.
This is theft. I will be doing everything I can to get my money back.

We ordered some work gloves which have still not arrived a month and a half later. We had one email from customer services to say they were on their way but no other correspondence. There is no phone number to follow up. We have requested a refund but still not heard anything. Do not use them!

Nationwide workwear are scam. Rip off. Avoid. No intention to send your order once you pay.

AVOID at all costs! I would give no stars if that was an option. I'm still waiting for 2 orders, one placed in August, the other at the beginning of Sept. They do not reply to emails, there is no phone number to call them on. If they do reply, they give the standard response that they're sending your order, yet it still never arrives.
Bunch of cowboys! Save your money and purchase elsewhere!
UPDATE: I've still not received the goods and I am pursuing my refunds, but they are not giving a refund either. So no goods and no money back either.

Ordered and paid more than 14 days but do not received delivery and not even supply a VAT invoice although it was promised by reply email after several requests.

Telephone number is not answered. Call many times but still no one answer. It is very very poor!!!

I have ordered once before from this company with no problems, so I didn't think to check the recent reviews, but I wish I had.

I placed an order and after about a week I hadn't received a despatch email, so I contacted them via the Contact Us form - I received no reply.

I couldn't find a phone number on the website, but I found it on my previous invoice hidden away in extremely tiny writing. I phoned them numerous times, but just got a recorded message.

I did manage to get a response via email and I was promised a refund, but I'm still waiting.

I suspect that this company's having serious problems and I suggest that you avoid them like the plague.

Appalling - Do not do business with this company. Ordered 6 weeks ago still no sign of the items order or a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

A sham company. DO NOT purchase from this company, I have no idea why they are trading when they cannot fulfil an order. I ordered a pair of workwear trousers and after three weeks, no delivery, but I had emails apologising and promising delivery would be within a few days.

In the end I had to threaten legal action and trading standards to get a refund, which I eventually did.

Monies promised to be refunded, still nothing has arrived?
