Customer service at this company is terrible. Will never buy from here ever again.takes 24hrs-1week to ret just one response to an email. Ridiculous. They also don’t communicate well with one another. In September I ordered a mirror that said it was in stock and ready to ship. Said i would get in about 1 week. A week goes I haven’t even received shipping confirmation but of course they took the money out of my account. I had to reach out and see what the issue was. Apparently the mirror is magically on back order now. I told them that’s not what the site said. They apologized and offered a small discount towards a different mirror that was in stock and a refund for the one that was on back order. So I ordered a different mirror with the discount and was told they would be processing the refund. All of this in September. Fast forward to December o get an email about the mirror I originally ordered being back in stock and to let them know if i wanted them to ship it. Then i get sn email about my order being on the way. I’m confused at this point because I had not responded to any email nor have i made a purchase via their website. Sooo they just took upon themselves to do this…no consent from me. I reach out to customer service and of course I have to wait 1day to a week for each response. The first person obviously didn’t understand the issue which delayed a solution. The next person understood but wanted me to wait longer(she said i would get a response within 24hrs) because another department had to check on something. It’s been a few days still no response or refund. However they stopped the mirror from getting to me and it looks like it has been returned to sender but I still have not received a refund. I hate dealing with companies like this.
Update on 1/20: the company reached out, apologized many times, refunded, and compensated me for the inconvenience/bad shopping experience.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I received a broken mirror from this company & I reached out to customer service & they responded by that night with a solution.. so quick! They are sending me a replacement mirror & if this mirror comes broken as well, they are refunding my money. I didn’t even have to ask for the shipping updates or tracking number on the new mirror as they sent it before I had a chance to ask. Although I was disappointed about my broken mirror, customer service has been amazing & as a customer who works in the service industry, I really appreciate it! So excited for my new mirror & really hoping it doesn’t come broken like the last one.

Absolutely loved my mirror
Absolutely loved my mirror. Unfortunately the first one came in and it was broken. But Neutypechic sent out another immediately and it was awesome. The mirror came very fast and the service I experienced was excellent!

Extremely Displeased with Product and Service
I was looking forward to the mirror that I ordered and was excited to finally something that I’ve been looking for for months. Unfortunately when the mirror arrived the framing of the mirror was all chipped and dented and there were a couple scratches on the mirror on the bottom of the mirror. I immediately reached out to customer service and sent pictures and documentation and I didn’t hear back in a couple days so I emailed them again following up and it was radio silence. Until I called and got a call back a couple hours later which proved to be very unhelpful. They told me to send an email which I already did twice the customer service representative said my mirror wasn’t technically damaged and that it would be on me if I sent it back and it was shattered. I’m extremely displease with the service because I was looking forward to it. I didn’t pay almost 400 dollars to get a damaged mirror, if I wanted a damaged mirror I could’ve gone to HomeGoods and got one for 100.

Our email customer service consoled you and asked is there any thing on the mirror we can improve or which part on the mirror does not meet your ecpection. The mirror is a fragile item, so it may be broken in return road. We just want some photo to prove your issue. Once we comfirm your issue via photo, we will offer you a solution.
