My mirror came in a very timely manner. It was well packaged without any damage. The mirror looks great in the space!

There was definitely a process to getting my mirror. But aside from that I am in love with my mirror. I highly recommend not just this mirror But you’re paying for the quality of the mirror and it’s 100% worth it. I purchased a 71’ x 32’ and it fits in my make up room so perfectly. The thickness of the mirror makes it super heavy, at least you know it’s not cheaper, flimsy material all put together. It’s extremely durable and I’m a 5’2 female, so all of my mirror pics, I look like I’m very tall! I love it!

The mirror I purchased was delivered damaged and I emailed the company the same day along with pictures. I received a response the following day and customer service apologized for the incident. Customer service was great, I didn’t have a hard time at all. A new mirror was shipped and delivered 3 days later, they were very prompt. I ordered the charcoal expecting it to be a dark color but it wasn’t, it was more on the grayish color but the color turned out perfect since it matched my new flooring. I gave it a 4 star because the product wasn’t exactly true of size. I purchased a 71”x 31” mirror and when I measured it, it was a couple if inches smaller in length but other than that I’m happy with mirror.

Such a scammy company. It’s just impossible to reach them. They don’t respond to emails nor do the answer their contact phone. And this girl MANDY (whatever her position is in this ‘company’) has ZERO customer service manners, was just obnoxiously interrupting my every word. Do not recommend the company!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, OR IT WILL COST YOU. If I could give negative stars, I would. HORRIBLE customer service. I requested cancelation and refund of an order, in writing, within 24 hrs of purchase, and prior to shipment. Instead of canceling my order and refunding my money, this company shipped an extremely expensive product I do not want and basically said its my problem.

They emailed me 2 days after my request for cancelation and refund with a shipment confirmation, and THEN customer service replied to my email saying they can't do anything because the item already shipped. WT*?! Notifying BBB.

Placed my order over a month ago and still hasn’t been shipped

My Mirror arrived broken in pieces. 3 stars for good support as they refunded in full. But product is very poor quality to arrive shattered.

I have ordered their LED mirror for my new bathroom. It arrived fast! I love the quality and the light is very comfortable!

I am opening my first Business and I ordered mirrors from them and I realize the mirrors I ordered were too small so I wanted to exchange for the bigger size mirror and customer service answer the phone and said they will resolve my issue and call me back they never called me back I wrote several emails I called several times. I then called from one of my clients phone numbers and they answered the phone and says she’ll issue a return label, I also asked the woman if it was a cell phone and she said no then at the end of the call she said please reach out to this number it’s a cell phone she just lies back-and-forth do not trust this place. And after that call still never answer my calls this place is a huge scam do not shop with them at all so disappointing 2k down the drain and all I wanted was to exchange mirrors didn’t even want my money back smh

I received my mirror last Tuesday and it was completely shattered. I followed the instructions listed on their website and reached out with all the requested pics and information and still have not heard back. I called the number listed and it goes to a voicemail (sounds sketchy) and I have emailed multiple times. I have been very patient but I am starting to feel like I have gotten scammed! I was so torn trying to decide if I should order from Wayfair or this company and decided to support this company instead and it is extremely frustrating to not hear back regarding damaged merchandise received. If you are trying to decide if you should purchase…DON’T! Very bad customer service, I would not recommend at all.

My oversized mirror was completely shattered upon opening the box. The box was slightly damaged, but the packing should have been done much better to prevent breaking. So so disappointing & customer service has been a pain to get in contact with. Seems as though the phone number listed is ringing directly to someone’s cellphone bc I can leave a voicemail (strange). I’m currently waiting on the company to respond to my email about hopefully replacing it.

They should probably wait until the item is actually delivered before requesting feeback. The product might be nice but I can't say yet. However, this is the 3rd request for feedback so I am giving it.
Still waiting for delivery. It's been 22 days. I reached out a few days ago to get an update but no response. They will send you a Fedex tracking number instantly, but factor in that there will be a weeks long wait while the product is in china.

Quick delivery, packaged well and came with no damaging.
Very happy with mirror quality.
