Packaged soo well!
I had been looking for a mirror for quite some time and kept coming back to neutypechic’s website. I finally decided to order a full length mirror, it arrived sooo quickly & was packaged to the nines! Padding on padding. Not to mention my new mirror looks absolutely stunning. Happy gurl.

Wrong item shipped - it’s been 7 days & no response from company
I ordered a full length mirror on 9/21. Before my order was shipped, I had numerous email exchanges with the company about changing the mirror from gold to silver and the switch was confirmed. A mirror was delivered on 10/1, but it was not the full length mirror I ordered, it was a much smaller wall mirror. In the last five days, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company (two emails, one phone call and many attempted chat contacts through the website) to return the wrong item and have gotten no replies. I am surprised as the company was very responsive with my request to change my order and follow up on shipment of the order. However, as things stand now, I would not order from this company again and would discourage anyone else from ordering from them.
10/18 update: I finally heard back from the company on 10/10 that they would send the correct mirror. Then on 10/14, I received another email that they wouldn't be sending a new mirror because the description on the website was wrong and would refund my card instead. I responded with the hope that the company would make things right by sending the full length mirror I ordered as well as instructions to send back the wall mirror I did not order. On 10/15, we received another wall mirror. So now, we have two mirrors that we did not order and do not want and no responses from the company about how to return them.
10/31 update: I've since had numerous email exchanges with the company. The company offered to refund my money if I would remove my negative reviews. They have not "negotiated" anything with me - as their reply says below. I responded with a refusal to remove or change my review unless they sent the mirror I ordered and took back the TWO mirrors they sent in error - or until I got my money back. My account has been refunded though I've heard nothing from the company. I will find another mirror, but I'm extremely frustrated that I'm saddled with these mirrors that I didn't order and don't need (I haven't even opened the boxes.)
If you choose to order from this company, you're doing it at great risk of wasting your time and money.

Damaged Item
I ordered a mirror which arrived with multiple holes punctured through the box. As a result of this, the mirror was broken before I even opened the box. I started to open it and noticed small pieces of glass coming out of the bottom of the box, so I didn't even bother fully unpacking. I reached out immediately for a refund and still haven't heard back.

I need this resolved ASAP. Very disappointing & I am out almost $500.

Terrible experience. I was sent 2 mirrors instead of the 1 I ordered then told that I would have to pay for the shipping! Will never purchase from this company again. The customer service people were horrible and unresponsive
