Kansloos, je kan beter je geld meteen door de plee spoelen. Koop hier niets, bestel het liever zelf bij Temu of Allixepres.
Kleine aanpassing: nu dat ik hier een review schrijf hebben ze opeens wel interesse. Probleem wordt niet opgelost. Enige wat helpt is om dit bedrijf te boycotten. En lees de reactie's en bevindingen bij Kassa en Radar. Dat had ik zelf ook moeten doen 😊.

Deze keer ben ik er ingestonken, had ik maar de revieuws gelezen, maar moest snel een kachelweerstand en kabel voor mijn auto hebben, grandado pretendeerde deze te leveren voor 16.99 euro 2 weken gewacht, en ja hoor ,enkel kabeltje geleverd! via helpdeskrobots en standaard bots kom je niet verder enkel dat je t maar terug moet sturen.Nee Grandado dat wi ik niet ik wil de andere helft van mijn bestelling, dus niet mogelijk ,dus nooit meer Grandado ,voor 16,99euro genaaid op een nooit geleverde bestelling,en wat geleverd is ,de kabel duur betaald,max 4 euro ik dus 17 euro,NOOOOOOOOIT MEER...

Website is easy to use. It’t not very clear how long it takes before the order arrives at your house. After some searching, it was 25-30 days, but the package arrived much earlier!
Unfortunately the package cannot be sent to a pickup location, only to your home address.

Vlotte terugbetaling bij verkeerd artikel
Ik had een LEDlamp van 40W besteld. Dat bleek een lamp equivalent aan 40W gloeilamp te zijn. Ik heb geschreven naar hen dat dit niet mijn bedoeling was. Ik kreeg eerst een aanbieding dat ik de lamp kon kopen voor 40%, maar daar heb ik niets aan. Toen ik dat terugschreef kreeg ik onmiddellijk het gehele bedrag op mij rekening teruggestort.
