Extremely disappointed. I suffer from painful cramps and lower back pain so I was stoked to receive this in the mail; however, both the heat and massage intensity on the belt were mild. The worst part was the sound of the massage feature. It was annoyingly loud and defeated the purpose of me being able to wear it around the house. Unfortunately, the sound was unbearable for me so I ended up only using the heat feature of the belt, which was mediocre at best. I regret spending over 100 on this belt, when I could use a heating pad for a fraction of the price for better pain relief. I would not recommend this product.

Fraud company! Ordered before Christmas, it’s February never received the order, contacted them more than 10 times and they refuse to refund it.

Well at first it took a while and I thought it was a scam, but I apologize because Nomisk is the best thing that happened to me lmao 🤣🤧❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Everything went well with ordering and shipping. I purchased just before Christmas and the ordering process was easy. I got my product before Christmas, which was also great, since it was a gift for my wife who often has lower back pain. The idea of the product itself is great...but it did under-perform for my wife. She wasn't happy with the products massage strength or battery life. Again, this product is probably awesome for minor lower back pain but just didn't work for my wife.

LIFESAVER for PCOS pain! I literally hype my Nomisk massage and heat band up to everyone I know who has periods. It’s been a total game changer in managing my period cramps and pain (which are exacerbated by PCOS). Get yourself one!!

One star because there is no other option. This company is a complete scam. Ordered the product as a gift and tried repeatedly to contact them via email for return instructions after the present was not needed. Our emails to Customer Support for return instructions were ignored despite following up every few days. I get it - people are busy. But when I finally got a response from Customer Support, it was to notify me that my request was now outside of the 30 day return policy. They intentionally delayed our requests - It wouldn't have been outside the 30 days if they just would have handled our original requests! Avoid this shoddy product and company - save yourself the trouble, the money and the headache of dealing with these people. I never give bad reviews but I hope this helps someone not make the mistake of giving these scammers any of the money you work hard for. Good luck if you do.

They left a product out of my original order. Initially they were very responsive, and said they shipped a new one via express. Followed up with them just before Christmas to let them know I still haven’t received it and it won’t be on time, and haven’t heard a word from them since. The website does not open anymore and no social media activity since October.

This product simply has been oversold. No pressure, little heat, lasts about 10 minutes before needing a recharge.
Will attempt to return but doesn't look like there is anyone to speak with.

This says it was shipped on 12/27 but the has still not arrived. Tracking number doesn’t pull anything on Canada Post or USPS sites…

Edit - I bought this a week before Christmas, it is now January 27th and as best I can tell it has still not shipped. I bought this to help my wife with cramps but the headaches I’m enduring are starting to feel like a poor trade off….will keep updating but as of now I could not recommend a company less

My only complaint is that it was not made clear when ordering that there was no stock. It took me emailing to find that out after already waiting several weeks. Your support was great in helping me as I had put in the wrong shipping address when ordered and that was fixed right away and when I inquired about when it was going to ship they were open and honest about the stock and set a proper expectations. My main feedback would be that the proper expectation should have been set when I was ordering.

This is a great product. I love how you can wear it while still being active around the house!

Is the perfect size;
Gentle massager and not aggressive;
Long battery life;
Not too hot - just the right temp;
Silent mode is good (but could be quieter);
Overall super helpful with pain management so far.

I don’t know how this company has such good reviews but the device I bought is really underwhelming and there is no customer service number to talk to anybody of course because it’s 2024 and it is more cost-efficient to have a piece of crap answering service instead of an actual human being, that you have to pay. Customer service doesn’t really get back to you through email, so like I said on the email, I’m just going to eat the hundred dollars that I spent on this poor device and go from there. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Does not perform as advertised. The heating function is nice but barely any massage pressure.

Minimal heat and no pressure from the message feature. The concept is great but the old fashioned heading pad provides much more heat and relief.

Arrived on time, but only worked for the first two weeks, then started flashing orange and cutting out after ten minutes and needing to be charged again, can’t find any info on what the orange flashing light means, my partner suffers extremely bad endometriosis cramps, and this was supposed to help with that, instead of using painkillers daily, but didn’t even last a month

I ordered this item back on 12/21/2013, HAVENT RECEIVED IT YET. This company has the worse “tracking” system ever. Absolutely not information. Did I mentioned I still haven’t received it yet? What the hell is going on? It was a Christmas gift for my love.

Horrible product. Bought for my wife for Xmas who has terrible back soreness. IT DOESNT WORK and barely gets warm. Go elsewhere for better products.

This product doesn't work as advertised, at least the one I received. It's very noisy and barely heats up, or can you feel it massaging you except for the constant noise? Maybe the product I received is faulty (I don't know), but the worst part is that the customer support hasn't responded to 3 different emails I have sent them to return the product in the past 3 weeks, and I still have not received any response prompting me to dispute the charge on my credit card. DONOT BUY
