Was looking forward to this but had many issues.

Site states a 3-5 shipping timeline from Montreal warehouse (I am in Toronto). After order, did not receive communication for tracking and then after emailing finally received response showing product was set to deliver from China. Delivery took more than 2 weeks with minimal updates/communication.

Once product was received, did not meet expectations. Very weak massage feature from what was expected and heating comparable to any much cheaper product (with no feature to set/change heating temperature).

Within the week, requested a refund in which they required multiple steps to process. Info for refund was very bare bones and I followed up to ensure all return shipping info was correct. During this communication process, 30 days had elapsed since placing my order and according to them, processing the refund was no longer possible (keep in mind the delivery process just to receive the item was very late).

From beginning to end, was a very poor experience. They do not abide by their own shipping policy that they mention but are quick to impose their refund policy, even for a request that has already been made in time. Hopefully other avoid this experience.

I wish i had seen all these reviews before delivery is so late would give zero rating if there was an option

Probably would not get again. Do not think it was worth the price and how loud it is. Got it as a Christmas Gift for my GF and I think she likes the concept, but it tends to be loud and she is unable to relax at times.

If I could give a zero star, i would. Be wary of this company. They promise delivery in 3-5 days, but it's been 15days and still no delivery, automated customer replies and no customer care at all. The product is probably crap too, assuming the copy-paste replies regarding potential return. State they are from Australia, yet the shipping is coming directly from China! Meant to be a gift, couldn't get it in time so I would like to return it, yet returns are meant to be sent to the US at the customer's own cost! A joke of a company! How's this even legit?!

Do not buy from this site. They are showing a UK to mislead customers that they are based in the UK. They are also quoting shipping days of 1-2 days or 3-5 days depending on your location. My delivery actually took 13 days as it was shipped from China. I had ordered this as a gift, and as it arrived too late I asked to return it, only to be told they do not have a return address in the UK and my only option is to return it to an address in Las Vegas for which I must cover the cost.

Garbage! Save your money. Buy a cheaper alternative from Amazon. Same quality at 1/3 the price.

Product ordered july 2024, still no sign and template looking email responses are all we receive telling us they have a delay in shipping but we have asked for a refund multiple times and get no reply every time. Think it is a scam site not sure what to do next but the website has an address in leighton buzzard UK so guess we will start there!!

Id give them 0/5 if I could. I bought the Maia for my GF, it was hardly used when it started to malfunction. I messaged Nomisk about it and they couldnt offer any warranty but they did offer a new one on discount. So I agreed, paid for a new one with a promise it would be shipped out soon. Nothing came, I messaged them weeks later about it, they replied and assured it would be sent out 24-48 hours later. Nothing. Its been 5 months now and I have sent many emails with zero replies after they took my money. Very disappointed. I wanted to believe in them but now they just stole my money and couldnt even reply.

Very bad customer service. So not buy from this company. They told me they had a delay shipping never received item. I asked for refund never got it. Do not buy from them.

Bestilte to for en tank top. Fikk kun en i posten. Var heller ikke fornøyd med passformen selv om jeg følgte størrelsestabellen deres. I kommunikasjon med dem fikk jeg en returadresse og at jeg skulle få full refusjon av beløpet. Dette var i august, og nå i november har dem enda ikke behandlet returen. Best og holde seg unda!

Very disappointed with nomisk wish I never spent money on their product that I never got and never got a refund for. Every time I ask for a refund back you say it’s processed and I never actually get the money, you have scammed me and I would never spend money with you again.

Seriously disappointed. I ordered my product on 4 June and have not recieved it, nor any replies to my seen insta messages or emails for an update despite taking my money. Whilst anyone would be fustrated in this situation, im even more fustrated knowing the product works (being my 2nd time purchasing after my first one died, I used it daily and it was a life saver!) I just want the product I paid for and ordered!

Totaly bull s ! They said shipment is 5 days! It took 2 weeks! Product was totaly fake and I will never ever buy anything from this scam company

2 week shipping, very slow

My item had not shipped a few days after placing my order, so I emailed customer support. They said they were having warehouse issues that had been resolved and that it would then ship 24-48 hours later. After multiple attempts to ask for updates, then to cancel the order, I never heard from them at all. I was able to get a refund through Paypal.

i ordered a product from this company around the 6th of may. Heard nothing back until i emailed them and finally got back to me on the 14th.Got literally nothing from them, not an email, not a confirmation back, nothing after that. So i emailed to cancel my order on the 23rd of may. I got an email on the 19th of June saying my shipment is on its way and still didn't get it until June 27th. Worst company i've ever ordered online from. Not only will I never order again from them I will be spreading the word to friends and reviewing online to never order from them. I don't even care if the product is great or not anymore. Companies like this put the distrust in online ordering. The stupid thing wasn't cheap for what it is either. Amazon from now on where there is some accountability. 7.5 WEEKS! pointless

Something big must've happened on y'all's end. I submitted my order on May 11 you guys were silent up until I received my order on June 21, other than an autogenerated email. I assumed I had just been scammed. Thinking I probably won't order from you guys again.
