The table and chairs we ordered were dispatched swiftly. Communication was very good. We're really happy with the quality of the products.

The table I ordered is really great. Only problem was the cover for the umbrella which was broken.
I contacted the company and they agreed to send out a replacement. A week later nothing. Rang again and they said it was in the system. Long and short, it took almost 3 weeks to arrive and then I got 2. Please sort out your comms as it is an unnecessary irritant on a lovely product.

Ordered XL Oval Teak 3 Seater Bench. Fabulous quality, very well made and beautiful finish. Looks great in our garden setting and an ideal spot to sit back relax and reflect. Ordered on Bank Holiday Monday and received on Thursday, well within the 1-2 week suggested delivery timescale. Joe, who delivered our item was great and very informative. An excellent purchase and will highly recommend to our family and friends.

good quality table, prompt delivery

Everything went wrong to having waited 5 weeks for a delivery to it not turning up on delivery day. I cancelled in the end as got fed up waiting.

The table and chairs arrived on time,two of the chairs were damaged in transit with no hesitation the chairs were replaced within two days,the delivery guys were polite and apologised and there manager was such a friendly guy

Delivery service good, the product is of great quality and is well made .The table is heavy but easily assembled furbiture is robust and sturdy,

The bench was excellent, delivery was reasonably quick, they could do with a tracking system but overall a very good company and I would definitely buy from them again.

Item ordered did not contain full specification so took a chance and ordered. Item arrived in good time and was excellent quality but didn't fit so had to be returned. Company does not arrange return. We were just told to post it! Decided to return it personally as we live in next county - noone answering phone numbers given at gate. Eventually got in by chance. Helpful Peter took the item but no offer of a receipt. Was told to send an email for a refund but waited days for a reply when I eventually had to telephone myself. Not inclined to shop there again.

I bought a bench, good communication and quick delivery. The bench was easy to assemble, following the guidance given at delivery. A sturdy bench that looks like it will last many years.

Good product, Good value for money, happy with the purchase. Dropped one star due to delivery company - just dumped it all at the back gate and left.

I hate to give a negative review of the Salisbury bench because the bench itself is of good design & quality, however on delivery one armest had a very bad brown varnish spill or stain on its front.
Before assembling the bench I contacted the seller & spoke to the owner. He suggested that I try to remove the stain by wiping & would fade in time.He said he would send a cushion to compensate me.
I have tried wiping & sandpapering. The stain is quite deeply ingrained into the wood,better but not completely gone.
3 weeks later I am still awaiting the cushion,but delivery of the bench was nearly 3 weeks.

Item delivered promptly and within time frame. Delivery driver was very helpful. My item was a garden bench. The delivery driver asked where I would like it and it was no trouble for him to carry it through the house to my back garden. Bench as described and quality is fantastic. I did need a little advice regarding putting it together and when I phoned for help I received the information I needed. Great customer service.

£749.00 in March 25 arrived June 25 with Damage phoned the company they said they would look into this and never did despite phoning them back 3 times
Now August 26 and the glues come loose dowels coming loose hence it's coming apart
