Great experience & employees who actually care!

I have had a great experience with Nous. They have managed to save us around £230/year by switching utility provider for our gas & electric. Their communication has been wonderful & there's always been help at hand when I have needed it. I will definitely be looking to save with them again in the future, next time for my broadband and TV provider. Thank you Nous!

Give Nous a go

Nous helped me make a saving with my mobile bill. I didn’t have to do any of the faff and they helped guide me through using the PAC code to keep my number. Very smooth service and great communication. Highly recommend!

Simple, hassle free, great service

Very simple, didn’t have to do anything much, and I’m due to save over £300 on my energy! Thrilled with that. The Nous team are easy to get in touch with and always respond quickly. Saved me a big job of sorting out a switch myself. Thank you.

Excellent way of saving money with ease!

I was sceptical about this service thinking it sounded too good to be true, but as it was recommended to me via a trusted source I gave it a go. Nous has so far saved me over £300 in mobile phone bills, so it's already well worth it! So simple and easy, they search out all the best deals relevant for you, and switch it all for you too. There is nothing to hide here, just do it, well worth it !

Brilliant! Helpful!

The fact they did all the work and helped me save money from my electric and gas to my broadband... even asked about my mobile contract, but infortunatly I recently renewed, otherwise they may have helped save me money with that too!
Very helpful and easy to communicate with!

£188 saving on my Energy bill!!⭐️

Saved me £188 by switching my energy to a different provider. I’ve got a lot of my family onto Nous and they are all having wonderful experiences. It’s so easy being able to contact them at your own leisure via WhatsApp and makes the process even easier!

Unhappy with sign up, rather than actual service

I'm affraid I didn't use the actual service, but I did set up an account. I got shoehorned into a free trial which would then lead to a paid account after the trial. I didn't want this, but didn't have a choice. I found it very very hard to close this account, or at least even just change it to the free account. For this reason, I didn't feel comfortable using the service and have stuck with my usual, free and transparent switching service.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

Just to clarify, our free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. By default, accounts roll off the trial unless a customer actively chooses to continue, so there isn’t an automatic move onto a paid plan.

You’re always able to close your account at any time from your settings. If anything about that process felt unclear or difficult, we’re always happy to help, you’re welcome to contact support@nous.co and we’ll take a look.

As mentioned in our previous reply, Nous accounts can only be created when someone signs up directly themselves. We don’t add people to the service or obtain contact details from third parties.
