From our very first interaction, Joe distinguished himself with his patience and clarity, thoroughly explaining every aspect of the process and approach. He conducted a diligent and comprehensive review of my pensions, demonstrating not only his expertise but also a genuine concern for my financial well-being.

Most impressively, Joe’s integrity shone through when he advised me against transferring my pensions, highlighting that I would lose significant benefits due to their age. Literally the best service and experience we (my wife and I) have ever received when remortgaging. Ben Kehoe and his colleague Kerri Gibbons were incredible from start to finish. They explained everything in simple enough terms, shared their screens to show us the mortgages on offer and were transparent throughout. Nothing was too much for them, and we had bi-weekly calls with Ben to check how the application was progressing and crucially keeping an eye out for lower mortgage rates. Thanks to this strategy, Ben and Kerri locked us in at the cheapest possible rate just before the mortgage prices increased again! Couldn't recommend highly enough and will use again! Thanks team.

Need to review a smaller part of my mortgage and got some amazing advice from Ben to ensure I stay with my current provider so that I don't have to pay a 2nd mortgage charge which would have been far higher.

Also found out that I can save 3% if I wait until the end of my current deal.

Ben was wonderfully clear in informing me about this complicated and confusing financial system with ever evoloving charters and T&Cs.

It was also free as I am a member of Octopus Money, so even more money saved!

I have been through various remortgages and mortgage applications over the years and without a doubt Ben and Kerri have made this recent one the most seamless and helpful. They are always so friendly and it never feels like anything is too much to ask. When I read all the reviews here and lots mentioned Ben I assumed he must ask for people to review him. But neither of them have. I just have found them to be so friendly and helpful, so many times, that I couldn't not leave a review. They are simply the Best!

The Wealth Management induction session conducted with James Butler was informative and insightful. James is an excellent Manager to entrust with your financial planning needs. His knowledge, breadth of experience and the ability to handle all questions is very evident in dealing with him. My dealings with Octopus Wealth have been very positive to date and would not hesitate to recommend these guys!

Ben was very friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process - helping me find a specialist lender for an initial property where the main banks wouldn't lend on it (sadly fell through), and then helping me lock in a good rate in a very short time frame right before the rates went up back in October! Mortgage-First Time Buyer
I honestly cannot thank Ben enough for all of his help in gaining a mortgage for me. I am a first time buyer and had no knowledge on mortgages and where to begin. With it also being a tricky time with interest rates rising, Ben managed me to get the best rate on the market. Ben would always take his time to explain the rates and options to really help me understand. He provided an excellent service and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
