NowCompare Opiniones 

After I got in touch with them initially a couple of months ago, they have bombarded me with calls and emails since. They are actively promoting Regency for Expats, and offer ever increasing premium discounts (i.e. started with 20%, now at 60%!), which can't be right. I've read the many depressing one star reviews here and on other review sites, and they all mention the same; NowCompare is -for some reason- aggressively promoting Regency, they seem to be happy to take your premium payment, but abandon their customers when medical bills have to be paid. Will avoid NowCompare and Regency, and opt instead for a reputable insurance company.

One thing I am very picky about is customer service. For Nowcompare all I can say is that it is spectacular customer service! I have my insurance through them and Rebecca checked in on me to see how I was doing as they have not sent an email in the last few weeks. This is what makes or breaks a company and Nowcompare is absolutely making it. The whole team is so helpful and friendly.

Had a short phone conversation with a British man that seemed very friendly, but the comparison he sent me after was clearly extremely biased (towards Regency obviously lol) and doesn't correlate with information found on respective companies' websites. Stay away!

They wont stop calling me after i told them i wasn't interested because my current insurance is cheaper and better then what they offered

Be careful when considering to hire any service through NowCompare !... They don't meet their promises ...

If you are looking for health insurance and have no idea where to start, nowcompare.com is a great company who listen to your situation and give advice on the best health cover options.
I was in correspondence with Mark Green and he was kind, patient, and professional in all his advice. I had very little knowledge of the health insurance world and Mark was understanding and did his best to help me build my knowledge.
Even when I found an alternative health insurance provider which catered more specifically to my needs, Mark offered a free review of the plan and advised me on questions I should ask the health cover provider in order to fully understand the conditions attached to the plan.

I was very appreciative of the advice, kindness, and understanding displayed by all employees of Nowcompare.com.

I moved to Now compare after an awful time with another broker.
They have been brilliant as has the policy they set me up with.
Can't help thinking the bad reviews must come from their competitors or something as my experience is the exact opposite to what they describe - and I'm certainly nothing special, to be honest I don't even pay much for the policy they got me.
Definitely recommended.

I have a sense there is something very fishy about this company and there link up with Regency Health. Very unethical in all my Interactions! Do your research and you will find story after story saying the same thing. Buyer be ware

Now Compare Hong Kong for Insurance Covers should not be considered at all. This is from a harrassed customer who has been misled and cheated out of my innocence. Their sales man lured me to buy one of the best and costliest health plan with Regency Expat. They assured me of their best services.
When I filed my claim for reimbursement then there were voleys of questions asked which should have been there at first place (before selling the cover) by Regency Expat and Now Compare.
They are forcing me to accept less than half of my claim amount and that too after 2 months of too many email exchanges and the telcons.
Now Compare is even refused to see me face to face. I have never had a chance to meet them though I am also in Hong Kong. Now they say the insured cannot meet as the policy is sold on emails and telephone calls.
A sheer racket and cheating. Please help me to spread this as much as possible so that no innocent customer gets trapped by them

I just inquired once on their website to compare them with other insurance providers but after a call with them they have been persistently doing hard selling advances. I have told them that I have brought a different insurance elsewhere two times! They still call me everyday. I have blocked their numbers but they keep using new ones calling me all the time and emailing me, pushing the Regency insurance. Their insurance plans were over priced and their selling tactics are uncomfortable to deal with.

Have used them for two years now, can't fault them at all. In year 2 I had a complication with a medical issue and they supported me throughout ensuring my insurance company paid out in full.

I picked 2 insurers through Price Compare over the course of 4 years.
The first I paid 8k per annum and yet when I had to be covered for a gynécologue issue I had to pay 5k oUt of my pocket. (Morgan Price).
The second I paid 2.8k and every time I asked for reimbursement (my medical spending this year so far was only 2.4k) I had to fights to get reimbursement - and when I ccd Price Compare They aides with the insurer. (The insurance co is Regency)
All claims were done in good faith and costs fall under contract terms. The assessors has proven to be lying in both cases.

Below the message sent by Price Compare

“ Please be aware that all claims with all insurers have to follow the respective insurers’ claims process.

Please submit your claims to Regency with a completed and signed claims form, and with English language documents.”

The medical care was done in france so invoice are in french, in consumer law this would be the only valid document for claims.

Later I found out there are much more reasonably priced insurances with CFE (the french expat insurance) where for 3k I could have even the pregnancy covered so Price Compare is just selling bad insurers at high price.

Just like the other reviewer, I was recommended the Regency Expat plan, and when I googled the plan, there were lots of negative reviews saying that Regency never paid out claims. Also, if you go to Nowcompare and to the Regency websites, you can hardly find any information about the company rather than some general statements.
Even whey I called Nowcompare they kept pushing the Regency plan and refused to entertain discussion about any other providers.
It seems that Regency and Nowcompare are the same company. If they were different, then they would at least be open to discussing other plan providers.
Keep away!!!

This company suggested that I use Regency Ex-Pat Health insurance.
The could not take the premium from my Credit Card and would not try again after I called my credit card to arrange approval.
When I paid on my Debit Card I was charged £72.19 for a $ Hong Kong exchange.
When I got the flashy insurance documents via email I was shocked to discover how limited the insurance that I paid a total of £2,701.46 for.
It is possible this is a scam as I am still waiting for the refund that I requested yesterday.
