Absolutely Disgusted and distraught Paid insurance to Now Pets every month ,My Buddy had to be layed to rest,£841 65 ..Claimed and received £27 89..Never recommend this Company,you get insurance to be safe if pets poorly ,,Don't expect to be Shafted ,Never will I recommend ,Very Distraught and sooo upset

A long drawn out process to make a claim which we are still waiting to be paid after over a week of putting it in.
It’s taken 2 weeks to approve the claim and will now take about another week for it to be paid into my bank account. That’s 3 weeks in total.
The claim was for £245.11
Minus the access £99
Then they deducted everything else they say is not covered
They are actually paying me £27.83
For which they have taken 3 weeks to pay plus many phone calls chasing the claim plus filling in and sending back Two lots of claim forms.
Needless to say we will NOT be renewing the dog insurance with this company come the next renewal.
So Now Pet Insurance take note when you read this do not keep us on automatic renewal as we will look elsewhere.

Great customer service, Patrick was very helpful and answered all the queries I had. Fortunately I've not had to make a claim yet so can't comment on that process but hopefully it would be an easy one if ever I did.
