The ICD10 look up is the most efficient, informative and user friendly site that I have found. The options that you have for lookup, finding helpful information AND the knowledge base available are superb!

I am a Physical Therapist and use NueMD a lot to look up codes for ICD10 with conversion from ICD9. It helps decrease looking up in code books.

Sherry Fincher and Rosa Tena are the absolute best. I am very happy with the system, things that I would change would be minor. I would not have been able to know what I know and do what I do in NueMD if it weren't for Sherry and Rosa. The videos to learn the system, are boring and sometimes confusing.

From a general business alliance perspective, NueMD scores 3 stars as described by ratings on this site. I have been with NueMD for over 14 years and as a thought leader and expert, I train others on best practice based processes. As a user of NueMD for small medical practices, their functionality is not best practice though they are better than a majority of the software packages out there. Those that design the software"s functionality have very little to no "in the trenches" medical practice working knowledge. Some I understand have been 3rd party billers. The look and feel of the modules pretty good.
For years I have approached them with best practice based functionality ideas and to establish user groups. Both have fallen on deaf ears. The program is expensive and add-ons are extra; though there are other programs that are more expensive and others not even worth looking at.
Due to inadequate planning and design, upgrades are often painful and throw detailed interfaces into lala land requiring hours of resources to correct.
At the beginning, the chief architects and/or front men, were very interested in developing great software. They were very interested in learning from the users. However, most of these people have moved on. And, throughout the years this level of drive or enthusiasm has dwindled to mere maintenance. The user guides are complex and poorly written; I have given up trying to read and make sense of them.
Compared to other packages NueMD is above average. There is not a great program out there; but there could be.

NueMD is user friendly and is also very professional/attractive in appearance. We use Practice Fusion alongside NueMD which has been a great method for billing. Nusoft Support has also been very helpful and encouraging so far.

I have been using this software for over a year and it is very smooth and easy to use but I have had issues with their billing department. Over charges and misunderstandings are the norm. If you have the time to go over your bill every month and to wait on hold for long times to do this you will be ok. If you do not have that time go on over to another company.

I have worked with NueMD software now since 2008. It is easy to use and even though i left a practice that uses it and then went back after a four year absence i was still able to remember how to move between the screens quite easily. I was also trained on using the billing software part and it was quite user friendly. I think it is a great software and you can train new employees that even have the basic computer knowledge on how to use it for scheduling, etc. I would highly recommend it to any other medical practice looking for software. It has very little down time (usually only when the weather is horrific). There are a couple of minor things that could make it a ten star rating (haha) but in the meantime it works quite efficiently for our practice.

NueMD is a great tool to manage scheduling, patient accounts, payments, balances etc. it is the best I've seen. Their support team goes above to make sure you are completely satisfied.

This is the third billing company I've had in 4 years, and luckily it will be the last. Everyone at NueMD has been very helpful and communication is excellent. The emails are answered in a timely fashion and I'm able to speak with my personal biller any time I need. My claims are submitted quickly and the money is in my account within a short time.
Initially I had some issues transferring the superbill from the EMR to NueMD. This was very frustrating to me but the folks at NueMD worked diligently to solve the problem to my satisfaction. I'm a very small NP practice and individual attention is important to me.

NueMD is my first billing software, and being new to billing, this program and the support behind it have made billing in our new practice so easy. I can integrate billing / posting payments / statements into our daily work flow without taking time away from patient care. The interface with Practice Fusion is seamless. I am confident that as we begin utilizing ICD-10 the preparation of NueMD/Practice Fusion will make that transition as smooth as possible.

NueMD is one of the top products for those interested in medical billing. Creating patients and tickets is an ease, and you also have access to creating your fee schedules for the year. NueMD is efficient for employees and is the best option for any company.

This company is very organized and offers unbelievable support. Everyone I have encountered are friendly and knowledgeable. For those starting out, NO WORRIES, the training, coaching and support team are wonderful. Would recommend to everyone!

Good system, easy to learn and navigate. Holds all the documents you need.

I utilize NueMD to schedule patients' appointments, to change or reschedule appointments in a fast pace. I am also able at a glance to see MD's patients' appointments that allows me to prepare myself if I have to meet with the patient for any clinical case management matters. I enjoy this software for the most part.
