I chose Nuemd because it's non cloud based technology. When I need help, a person answers the phone, not a computer. My trainer is always a phone call away with a solution for my problem.
With that said I still hate EMR, but this company has made the process easier than many other offices I have spoke with that have other programs.
Just when you learn what the government requires, a whole new stage hits you and you are back learning all over again.
Thank you Nuemd for not letting me completely lose my mind and always ready to help.

Easy to use software, and if their is any problems, issues are fixed relatively quickly.

I am an LCSW in private practice and own a counseling center that employs 13 people. We have been using NueMD for several years and have also recently contracted for EHR, even though Mental Health is exempt at this time.
This program is easy to use, clear cut, has great report making capabilities and the support staff is wonderful.
I cannot say enough good things about NUEMD.

Nue MD has been fairly good for our business. We have had some problems, but the staff are easy to talk to and do resolve these issues. We have been working closely with them and they have worked hard to help us understand the system and how to make changes.

I have used NueMD for 3 years now and i promise it is the BEST system out there. Easy to use and function, i would recommend this system to EVERYONE !! I have used other systems and nothing comes close to NueMD. !!!!

I was fully trained on NueMD to include all facets of set up, scheduling, medical record documentation, claims submissions, charge posting, etc. I have found the staff very friendly, very willing to help, very knowledgeable. The system itself is very user friendly. It does take some adjustment to get used to it however in the long run once you are trained and using the system it is pretty intuitive and user friendly. The cost itself is excellent and really provides everything needed for a practice.

I have worked on numerous softwares over the 35 years I have been doing medical billing. Nuemed is the most user friendly I personally have ever used. It is especially great for me because I have to enter the demographics as well as the charges for numerous physicians.
I ,for a brief time, had to work on another software. It was awful. It was not user friendly and was very difficult to navigate.

We use multiple different software's as a billing company and NueMD is my favorite. It is straight forward and easy to use. It may not have all the bells and whistles that other software's offer but you can always make suggestions and we have even seen some of our suggestions come to life!! I love that it is internet based and with every new release it's a better product. No need to update as your always on the latest version.

NUEMD HAS GREAT PRODUCT SUPPORT AND SEEMS TO BE ALWAYS BE TRYING TO KEEP THERE SOFTWARE UP TO DATE. EASY TO USE AND GIVES NICE DETAILED EHR RECORDS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

NueMd is a great software. I integrate them with a different electronic record software and I must say there is a learning curve with anything that you will use and that is no exception to NueMd. Their staff is great and they are willing to help with any questions that I might have when they arise.

I had the experience of working with Hayden, she was very pleasant and patient. I am grateful for all of her help in getting our doctor signed of with NueMd. I feel that she has gret customer service skills and and access to your company.

NueMD is easy to use and great technical support. When fully trained

NueMD has been extremely helpful to our small training clinic. We do not use many of the available options due to our mission, ie. training psychology doctoral students. We do use the billing and tracking of our patients vs the clinician and we have had absolutely no issues. The reporting is very useful and easy to use.

I enjoyed using the NueMD product as a means of scheduling and attending patients and completing documentation for patients. For the most part, it is easy to use, but making modifications to the patient's schedule due to cancellations or scheduler's error can be a bit tricky and difficult due to all the function keys and navigation that you have to use to modify the schedule. However, all things considered I suppose its no different from most programs similar to this.

I love being able to see all the doctors at one time, on one screen. It is very easy to use. Doesn't take long to train on it. Love the colors you use to customize it also.

NueMD Practice Management has been the best Medical Billing Software I have ever used in 20+ years of billing experience. It is easy to learn, easy to follow, and easy to train new staff on. NueMD makes it easy to follow claims from charge entry to payment finalization, with many tools to keep the overall A/R low.

Our office has been a NueMD client for almost a decade now, and we have never looked back. NueMD is by far the most user-friendly and adaptable platform out there.

Over the years, our practice has evolved to incorporate multiple specialties and NueMD has accomodated the growth / evolution of our business.

We highly recommend this software to any size of medical pratice.

Would like to say that I am a bit of a "non-computer" type. We were left in a situation where we had to consider other options of software as our "TI" staff had to be laid off for financial reasons. As bad as this seemed, it forced us to look into software options that we available on line vs on site. This was very scary to me personally as we had the other software for so long. The benefit was I didn't have to deal with the back up and the updates any longer. I did the research myself into what software would give us exactly what we needed for a good solid price per month in addition to competitive set up fee. The other thing we wanted to make a priority was how fast the turn around and transfer fm one system to the next would be. After all of my research and comparison we came to NueMD beating out the rest. Looking back after years of using NueMD I would highly recommend this software to any practice looking for an easy to use, cost effective software that is secure and up to date with compliance. I would gladly invite any prospect to our office to view this remarkable system. It provides our office with surgery scheduling for numerous providers, Electronic claim submission, Patient billing, follow- up notes and scanning of documentation and finally reporting for incoming payments (both insurance and patient receivables). There are a few minor things that I would like to see with this software such as a screen for follow up on claims with all of the information that the ins. asks for vs going from screen to screen (ie: ins phone number, Patient ID #, DOB, DOS with all of the cpt/dx) really all that would need to be done is have the phone number of the ins. and the ID number added to the billing manager associated tks screen. This would make the life of claims follow up much easier. The other thing I would like to see as a Practice Manger is to have the availability to see everything accessible on a iPhone Application (the scheduler and all the patient info just as we navigate through NueMD though the computer ). Although we don't utilize the EMR I know it's available , should we ever need to subscribe at a later date. Other than that- All is GREAT. Thank you NueMD, I think your product is wonderful for our practice and would recommend it to others.
