Best Scheduling Software
I use NueMD to schedule medical appointments. I can view all client's past, and future appointments with color coded slots to distinguish whether the client arrived, missed, canceled, or rescheduled an appointment. In the same box I can see even appointments with all the different providers in the clinic. There is no need to be changing icons to view appointments for a different provider. NueMD is easy, fast, and user friendly.
Awesome software love it!
Anyone who hasn't heard of it should try it out and see if they like it too
NueMd easy to use
I've worked in the medical field now for seven years and NueMD is by far one of the best programs I have ever used. Its easy to navigate through and the fact that you have live help anytime you need it is an added bonus! I think anyone can get on this program and within a short amount of time have it learned and be able to use it without help from anyone else in the office. Love it!
Awesome software
Our company loves Nuemd's efficiency and ease of use. It has so many features but none of them are complicated to use. Very user friendly. Reliability is also pretty good. I love that it's cloud based so we don't have to worry about backing up the program information or servers crashing. I would recommend this program to anyone.
NueMD is user friendly, intuitive and has a great support team.
NueMD enabled me to go from out-sourced billing to doing it myself. The training was excellent, and the support team is responsive, both to phone calls and instant messaging. Posting of payments is easy to follow and understand, as are statements. I tried another billing company as part of an EMR package and quit within 2 weeks because posting was so convoluted, and it was difficult to know for sure paments and adjustments were applied correctly. Scheduling is easy to read and "clean" compared to other companies I looked at. I can work anywhere there is a secure internet connection. I highly recommend NueMD.
Easy to use product.
Our office staff has been through and tried may programs and by far this is the easiest and up to date program. We are currently using the billing portion and is awesome.

NueMD has been a great system to work with, for someone new to this field it is really helpful, especially the online chat, when I just cannot tie up the phone lines but need some assistance, theyhave been great!

User Friendliness
The colors used on the website are calming and emanate a feeling of ease. It makes me actually enjoy logging in! Over the last 3 years of using NueMD the updates have been useful and helpful as well, so this shows I know you are listening to customer feedback. One thing I'd like to see is the use of the [Esc] button to exit out of a window, i.e. Ticket Finder window and Alert window, etc. That would definitely speed things up a bit.
Frustrating reocurring problem
For several months, our reminder calls log report was available on an inconsistent basis. As a result, we were never sure if the calls had been made to our patients and we had to take the extra time to call the patients ourselves. This is problematic on many levels, but mostly because it is a service for which we are paying. There WERE times that patients had not received calls, also.
The problem, at this time, appears to have been resolved, but it continued for several months and was very frustrating.

Looking for a Practice Management Solution that can employ Billing, EHR, and Electronic Claims Filing? If the answer to this question is yes - then consider NueMD. I have not experienced an easier program to use than NueMD in all 3 categories. NueMD makes billing cycle more efficient and less time consuming with its claims clearinghouse and a built in claims scrubbing system. Entering in patient demographics as well as any other attachments for your EHR has never been more complete instead of complex. This user friendly program does not dissapoint. In addition, you can customize the database to fit your specific business needs. Billing and keeping track of charges, payments, insurances,
patients eligibility, fees, office scheduling, and any of the other numerous items that you and your practice, provider or medical professional are adressed in this software.
Ease of Use
I really like the ease of use of NueMd. It's very user friendly, you can navigate easily, it's readable with no problems. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. I love it!
Great program but could use better customer training materials
The program does what we need it to do so I'm satisfied with it. But the initial customer training and ongoing training has been really not enough. Most of the time I am learning it on my own and I'm not an IT person. I think I can be getting a lot more out of the program than I am.
Great price - some improvements continue
I am still relatively new to NueMD. Overall, it is a very good product at a good price. They keep making changes to improve it. There are a few drawbacks - I wish some information from the patient screen would carry over to the ticket so I can check claims more easily. Also, there really needs to be a cut and paste feature, especially in the appointment screen. Posting claims is the easiest ever...

One complaint I do receive form my clients using NueMD is that when a patients claim has been on hold and is in pt resp that balance does not show in the patient ledger. I would like to see this was included in total pt due.

User friendly software and great price!
I've been doing medical billing for 30 years and using NueMD for 7-8 years. Out of the numerous software programs I have used and demoed I have to say I still prefer NueMD without question. A lot of other programs are laborious to use and have too many steps to complete one function. NueMD is user friendly and functional. It has nice features but not overloaded with fancy options that the typical office will most likely never use. I would highly recommend NueMD to any office that is looking for a new program or looking to change. Another great quality is the price!
Great Online Scheduling System
NueMD has been an excellent service for us. We have used NueMD for more than 6 years now and they have continued to update their service over that time. It does exactly what we need it to and it makes our practice run so much smoother to have scheduling and billing all in one online service. Have a partner like NueSoft is a real advantage.
Great potential
I've been fairly pleased with the way the software works.
The customer support is great, when they respond.
That's the one major improvement I could ask for, is more consistent response from the support staff.
EDI has been our most challenging element, but that may be the case with all clearinghouses?
