Useful and easy to reach with telephone banking.

After my original banking est refused to meet competitive rates,I am in the process of transferring my accounts to Oaken as they mature.. Inquiries to Oaken by phone have been prompt and courteous in assisting me. The only complaint is when applying to transfer RSP's/TFSA's by mail, the process is slow(eg:2wks at your end to send transfer request to other bank).Then trying to get monies transferred before the 30 day rate holding policy you have expires.

Always helpful when I call. Always efficient with my investments.

The website is quite easy to navigate and your GIC rates are competitive.
I wish you would add the ability to produce a statement of all GICs in our accounts showing their type, inception date, maturity date, face amount and interest rate. Most Financial institutes include this feature at any date.

Oaken financial has always given the top GIC rates around,They notify you when a rate change happens either up or down,I renewed a GIC 2 weeks after the rate went down and they gave me the old higher rate because they have a 30 day best rate renewal policy.Thank You
