If I could give it no stars I would. Do not buy from this company it’s a scam. Purchased a riviera stripe shirt. £34.95 under the impression it’s a uk company, false it’s Chinese. Material is almost a cross between plastic and nylon. Fit is terrible large in places tight under the arms. So poor wouldn’t even give to a charity shop. Going straight in the bin.

I ordered some shorts. They were advertised as a quality product. The material is very lightweight, one of the beltloops has been replaced with a piece of plastic material and al least one label has been cut out and there are no identifying marks or labels. I would guess that the shorts are returns or factory seconds. Cheap, low quality goods not quality as advertised. On the plus side they fit and are wearable for as long as they last. I will definitely not use this company again. They also took much longer to arrive than advertised and zero accompanying paperwork. I would value these shorts as no more than £12.99
The return address on the Royal Mail label was 153,Blakeney Way Cannock WS11 8LD. Google this and it is connected to several scams

The whole company is a complete scam. The shirts etc are a disgrace to the Profession!! Please Please do not by anything from this company. The Government should shut it down before anyone else is conned.

Absolute scam, can't believe I fell for it, Shirt looked good in advert, but took three weeks to arrive. Very poor quality, On measuring, no where near what was ordered only suitable for a midget.
Returns only back to a very ambiguous address in China at a cost only marginally less than the cost of the shirt! AVOID this trader AT ALL Cost

Scam, plain and simple. If you’ve fallen for their false screenshots from Trustpilot etc. and purchased a misrepresented and falsely advertised item from them, your only course of action is contacting your card issuer to initiate a charge back. If enough people do this their payfac will shut them down.

Me! Cheap Chinese tat. I'd have been disappointed if I'd ordered these reject pyjama tops as pyjamas let alone cotton shirts. Last time I buy anything via Facebook

I thought I was quite savy but the advertising, picture and all the garbage spouted re UK…. Suckered into buy a £36 shirt that doesn’t fit, is poorly made, has no thought on stitching, nothing like the picture and material is from the 1970s I expect the refund will be painful and costly. CONNED! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought a shirt for £36 for my husband and it arrived 3 weeks later . It did NOT look like the shirt in the advert. The name “Oliver James tailor UK “implies it is from the UK but it is from China. The product is poorly designed and seems like nylon fabric with loose threads . Also the sizing is not accurate. I asked for a return address to send back the shirt and this took 3 emails of complaints to receive an address in China . I then am expected to pay recorded delivery of the shirt to China which amounts to nearly the cost of the shirt . Do not buy this product

Scam….avoid at all costs. This is not a UK company. The shirts are poor quality.

I received my 2 shirts from this scammers. The shirts are made of polyester - not cotton/linen as advertised. They are very small and do not fit - despite checking their sizing guide. Returns are more or less impossible unless you are happy to pay a huge postage cost to send them back to China. Avoid at all costs.

What a complete waste of money my purchase was. Totally tricked by the the pictures of the shirts which looked great. Took ages to arrive from China and the quality is downright awful. The materials they use are synthetic and the quality appalling. I shall donate them to charity as I am a good person. I am not returning at my cost to China and I will not be taking the 15% Discount they offered me on my next purchase.

I am a good person and feel so annoyed at myself for falling for this.

Absolutely appalling - the shirts were substandard and the return policy meant I had to return the shirts to their 2nd elevator on the 3rd stairs of the …….. /rubbish quality and material appalling - shirts had no label in. Avoid a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPNY. Thinking it was a British company, I ordered a striped shirt advertised as a quality blend of Cotton and linen. The shirt arrived 2 weeks later from China, very wrinkled as packaged in a 5"x5" plastic wrapper. It is very poor quality and a complete mis-fit. The label on it says '35% cotton and 65% polyester'. I tried to return but they offered me a 30% discount on future purchases. Why would I want to order another one? Returns have to be to China at customer expense! Absolute scam. My credit card company have taken the case on for me.

Goods are about as poor quality as can be imagined. A shirt where the sleeves were ridiculously short.

Lucky if they cost $2 to make.

They also took 3 weeks to arrive!

The shirt I bought was half the size I ordered and the label stated. No easy track return procedure and my request for return information resulted in a series of apologies and offers of a 10% discount should I choose to keep the item. Absolute crooks. Obviously a scam to get money under false pretences with the business plan, apparently to to offer a small discount, with no discernible returns policy, keeping a healthy profit through deceit.
Can't believe how stupid I was to deal with this false front company.

I wouldn't even give them one star.

Like everyobe else - this is a SCAM. Shirt described as cotton linen mix. It's the cheapest nylon. Badly made.
This is a not a UK or London based business. Returns have to be at buyer's cost to China. Write it off as a bad experience and never buy off Facebook again.
