I ordered a shirt from this company in July in the belief that it was a uk based company.
Some weeks later I enquired regarding delivery and was told on various occasions that it was on its way.
All lies, the short never arrived and the company stopped responding to my emails so eventually I obtained a refund through my credit card supplier.

This company are totally untrustworthy- DO NOT USE

I received your shirt some weeks ago. It is the worst shirt I have ever bought and it is an embarrassment to your company. The cloth both looks and feels cheap, the shape is wide fitting for XL but short body and arms makes the shirt unwearable. In short, I threw the shirt away without even wearing it once. Your adverts and on facebook and BOT responses saving it was the best shirt they'd ever bought is downright dishonest. You should be ashamed of selling rubbish to a trusting public.

I didn't complain to you as I couldn't find your email address. Now I found it, here I am.
I would like my money back.

Ordered 2 x shirts on 14/7/25. They arrived, separately, from China, approx' 2 weeks later, very poor quality.
The shirts were returned on/around 30th July requesting refund of almost 60 pounds
E-mail chaser 17th September - no response.
Today, 23rd October, still no response.
Recent feedback from others seem to show this is a very unreliable supplier

Terribile company. I purchased some shorts, arrived after two weeks. They were much too small. I requested larger size. They still have not responded after now weeks of messages. Do not use this company

Not still received my order 8 weeks on, now their site has disappeared, con artists!!

I purchased pair of shorts as they claimed to be a British business with hassle free returns. The shorts were too small & badly stitched in places so I requested to return them.
Every time I requested a return they made a counter offer which involved me spending more money to get discount on the shorts. They never provided a return address. After three attempts I contacted my my credit card company who handled the dispute naively & superficially & rejected it but then gave me goodwill payment.

This company is a scam - don't use them! Goods arrived, far too large and with all labels cut out of them. They simply claimed they were the size I ordered, despite my sending photographic evidence to the contrary. I requested a refund and they offered first 10%, then 30%, then 40% after I'd complained to my bank. But bottom line is: they won't refund you unless you pay the return postage to China, and they won't send an exchange without "an additional cost". Complete villains.

I ordered a pair of shorts in large which their website stated was 35-37 inch waist. They sent me a 32 inch waist. I complained it was too small and did not fit and they refused to give me a refund.

I reached out with a few questions before buying and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Really felt like they cared about helping me. When my order arrived, it was even better than I expected for the price—well made, strong stitching, and fits nicely.

Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a shirt that was not only the wrong size but bore no resemblance to what was advertised. When I requested a replacement, the company was evasive. I then asked for a refund, only to be told I’d have to cover the return shipping myself—and that the process could take months. Alternatively, they offered a “settlement” of just one-third of the original cost.
After reading similar complaints, I reluctantly accepted the partial refund and chalked it up to experience. This outfit operates under the name YB Commerce, and is believed to be based in China, though they trade under various aliases. They claim however to operate in UK.
Buyer beware: this is not a company that stands behind its products or respects its customers.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company. The item I received was far too small, despite ordering my usual size, and the quality was nowhere near what was advertised. To make matters worse, there is no UK return address, which makes sending it back unnecessarily expensive and difficult.

Overall, it feels misleading and unprofessional. I regret purchasing from them and would recommend others to think twice before ordering.

There is a common theme with the online reviews. This company is a complete SCAM. They are not a UK fashion house. They are a Chinese peddler of very poor products. Any attempt to return the goods results in a request to return to China at your expense. You will also receive a series of offers with higher and higher discounts. My advise if you are not happy with the quality of the clothes purchased is to claim a chargeback from your credit card company. I got a full refund from my card provider. Keep all the email exchanges you will need to show that you have attempted to negotiate with them

Stress that the goods have been Mis-sold. They are not a UK fashion house as they claim.

The goods received are not of merchantable quality and do not resemble the website pictures.

Insisting that goods are returned to China is a breach of UK consumer laws.

If enough customers use chargeback the credit card providers will eventually stop dealing with them and they will have to stop trading.

Save yourself the hassle and do not purchase from this company. If you have used them and you are not satisfied with the items you receive, request a refund and then use chargeback to get your money back.

The shorts I ordered arrived after a longish delay with no paperwork whatsoever. They were a size 24 or thereabouts and I wanted a size 12. There was no size on the label. Just one saying 'Made in China'. Says it all!
Since complaining to them, I have been given a complete runaround ... one message says I dont need to send them back. Another that I do and at my own expense. I prefer a refund as the item is not fit for purpose.

Similar to other's experience, the shorts that arrived are several sizes too big. OJT customer service responded to me by offering a 15% discount on my _next_ order (as if!). Or I can return them "at my cost" to "our international warehouse for a full refund" without telling me where it is. Under UK law they should pay return shipping costs of course.

Complete scam company. Chinese. Purchased two pairs of shorts XL, arrived after 4 weeks 32'' waist.

No return without me paying what they estimate to be $30 so offered me 40% discount... for what. They are not the right size and then emails every day demanding payment and PayPal taking my disputed payment as I would ot communicate with them.

They have a game plan and know how to play the system. PayPal should be ashamed of supporting fraudulent businesses.

Extremely poor quality shorts, goods come from China, made with nylon pockets which make the user sweat. Do not buy its complete scam.
