Carpet was ripped and glued together…

Carpet was ripped and glued together creating a terrible seam line in the center of the carpet that was very visible. The ripped section created a 12x12cm hole in the middle of the room.
Customer service did nothing to resolve the situation. We now need to get new carpet and rehire the contractors to fit it.

Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star review…

Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star review if I had a choice. Placed an order previously ordering the dark grey twist carpet and received silver but never raised an issue because my mum was happy with it. Placed an order on Saturday for the dalton (black) Lino and I’m receiving cameo (grey). Customer service is absolutely appalling and claim they cannot edit/change my order they can only refund it and I’ll have to wait for money to go back in before I can place another order. Ask for my issue to be escalated to a manager and he also claims there is nothing he can do and they don’t check their reviews to see how their customers review their business and what they need to work on. Avoid at all costs, absolutely shocking.

This is a great place to shop for inexpensive flooring - the delivery is always well organised and arrives on time. Definitely recommend.

Excellent delivery timeframe, excellent quality, have a few more rooms to do so will be purchasing more, and have even recommended to friends and family as I was so impressed.
